There are about 21071 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Spain. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of the ABX464-005 study is to characterize the systemic and mucosal immunological sequelae associated with exposure to ABX464 and to explore selected immunological endpoints, compartmental pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics.
Study AG120-C-005 is a Phase 3, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of orally administered AG-120. Participants, all personnel involved in the evaluation of participants' response to treatment (e.g., Investigators, study coordinators, study pharmacists), and designated Sponsor team members will be blinded to study treatment. Participants are required to have a histologically-confirmed diagnosis of isocitrate dehydrogenase-1 (IDH1) gene-mutated cholangiocarcinoma that is not eligible for curative resection, transplantation, or ablative therapies prior to enrollment. IDH1 mutation testing will be performed at participating investigative sites. Participants must have progression of disease and have received at least 1 but not more than 2 prior treatment regimens for advanced disease (nonresectable or metastatic). All participants must have received either a gemcitabine or a 5 fluorouracil (5-FU) based chemotherapy regimen.
The purpose of this post-market study is to characterize the clinical performance of the Infinity Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) system, including the Implantable Pulse Generator (IPG), directional DBS leads, extensions, iPad clinician programmer, iPod patient controller and related system components.
The aim of this study is to assess the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications in patients undergoing mechanical ventilation during general anesthesia for robotic surgery, to characterize current practices of mechanical ventilation and to evaluate a possible association between ventilatory parameters and postoperative pulmonary complications.
This Phase 1 study is designed as a cell dose escalation trial in HLA-A*02:01 and HLA-A*02:06 subjects with MAGE-A10 positive urothelial, melanoma or head and neck tumors. The study will enroll subjects between the ages of 18 and 75 using a modified 3+3 cell dose escalation design, to evaluate dose limiting toxicities and determine the target cell dose range. Following the dose escalation phase, additional subjects will be enrolled at the target cell dose range to further characterize safety and the effects at this cell dose. The study will take the subject's T cells, which are a natural type of immune cell in the blood, and send them to a laboratory to be modified. The changed T cells used in this study will be the subject's own T cells that have been genetically changed with the aim of attacking and destroying cancer cells. When the MAGE-A10ᶜ⁷⁹⁶T cells are available, subjects will undergo lymphodepleting chemotherapy with cyclophosphamide and fludarabine, followed by T cell infusion. The purpose of this study is to test the safety of genetically changed T cells and find out what effects, if any, they have in subjects with urothelial, melanoma or head and neck cancer. Subjects will be seen frequently by the Study Physician after receiving their T cells for the next 6 months. After that, subjects will be seen every 3, 6, or 12 months according to the Schedule of Procedures. All subjects completing or withdrawing from the interventional portion of the study will enter a long term follow-up phase for observation of delayed adverse events and overall survival for 15 years post-infusion.
The purpose of the trial is to determine the maximum tolerated dose and to establish the safety profile of HuMax-AXL-ADC in a mixed population of patients with specified solid tumors
The endoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal surgery (EETS) is widely used. Although the incidence of complications is low, hypertensive episodes during surgery and awakening and cerebro spinal fluid (CSF) leakage have been described. The occurrence of coughing or vomiting during the early postoperative period must be avoid to protect the patient from CSF leakage and arterial hypertension. The emergency of anesthesia with laryngeal mask has a better haemodynamic profile and less incidence of cough in some surgical procedures and it could help minimizing the risks after EETS
A two part study to determine the maximum tolerated dose and/or recommended phase 2 dose of PDR001 in combination with sorafenib in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma in first line. There will be a dose escalation part and a dose expansion part.
This study is designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of two different lots of V114 in healthy infants 6 to 12 weeks (>=42 days to <=90 days) of age. The primary hypothesis of the study is that the proportion of participants receiving V114 who have serotype specific IgG >=0.35 mcg/mL for each of pneumococcal serotypes 1, 3, 4, 5, 6A, 6B, 7F, 9V, 14, 18C, 19A, 19F, and 23F at 1 month after Dose 3 is non-inferior to that for recipients of Prevnar 13™.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of olaparib versus enzalutamide or abiraterone acetate in subjects with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer who have failed prior treatment with a new hormonal agent and have homologous recombination repair gene mutations.
