NCT ID: NCT05809830 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Soft-tissue Sarcoma

Phase I/II of LB-100 Plus Doxorubicin vs. Doxorubicin Alone in First Line of Advanced Soft Tissue Sarcomas

Enhancer
Start date: May 29, 2023
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

A Phase I dose-finding stage for the LB-100 plus doxorubicin combination is planned for an initial set of 9-18 patients (21-day cycles). After that, in the Phase II part, patients will be randomized (ratio 1:1) to either the experimental arm (LB-100 plus doxorubicin combination) or the control arm (doxorubicin alone) to, comparatively, evaluate the efficacy of the LB-100 plus doxorubicin combination vs. doxorubicin alone

NCT ID: NCT05809414 Recruiting - Multiple Sclerosis Clinical Trials

Amantadine and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation for Treating Fatigue in Multiple Sclerosis

FETEM
Start date: November 28, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is the most frequent cause of non-traumatic disability in people under 55 years of age. Fatigue is the most frequent and disabling symptom in the disease, and for which there is no effective treatment. Among the proposed drugs, amantadine is the one that could be most useful, although up to now it has not been adequately demonstrated due to a lack of sufficiently powerful and methodologically appropriate clinical trials. Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) has recently been proposed as a useful treatment for fatigue in MS in preliminary studies.

NCT ID: NCT05805501 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Renal Cell Carcinoma

A Study of Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor Combinations With Axitinib in Participants With Untreated Locally Advanced Unresectable or Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma

Start date: April 21, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study will evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of tobemstomig (also known as RO7247669) in combination with axitinib alone or with tiragolumab (anti-TIGIT) and axitinib, as compared to pembrolizumab and axitinib in participants with previously untreated, unresectable locally advanced or metastatic clear-cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC).

NCT ID: NCT05805462 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Coronary Microvascular Disease

The Euro-CRAFT Registry

Euro-CRAFT
Start date: September 22, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The Euro-CRAFT Registry is a prospective, multicentric, international registry of patients undergoing functional assessment of the coronary microcirculation using the continuous thermodilution technique. Angina and quality of life questionnaires (Seattle Angina Questionnaire 19 - SAQ19, ORBITA app) will be obtained at baseline, at 6 months, and 1-year follow-up. Clinical follow-up will be performed at 1 year (optionally until 5 years).

NCT ID: NCT05804903 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation

Investigation of the NVT ALLEGRA Plus THV System in Patients With Severe Aortic Stenosis or Failed Surgical Aortic Bioprosthesis

EMPIRE-II
Start date: November 24, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The EMPIRE II study evaluates the safety and performance of the entire ALLEGRA THV System. The primary safety endpoint is composite of all-cause mortality or stroke rates at 12 months. And the primary performance endpoint is device success at 7 days. Based on the outcomes of a study with a similar device and considering a drop-out rate of 5%, 177 patients need to be enrolled in the study.

NCT ID: NCT05803421 Recruiting - Obesity Clinical Trials

A Study of Daily Oral Orforglipron (LY3502970) Compared With Insulin Glargine in Participants With Type 2 Diabetes and Obesity or Overweight at Increased Cardiovascular Risk

ACHIEVE-4
Start date: April 3, 2023
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The main purpose of this study is to determine safety and efficacy of orforglipron compared with insulin glargine in participants with type 2 diabetes and obesity or overweight at increased cardiovascular risk. The study will last approximately 2 years may include up to 27 visits.

NCT ID: NCT05802459 Recruiting - Quality of Life Clinical Trials

Evaluation of the Functional Status of Jejunoplasty and Coloplasty and Its Impact on Quality of Life (CEREC)

CEREC
Start date: December 15, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The goal of this prospective population-based cohort study is to assess: - The evolution of the functional status of patients undergoing complex esophageal reconstruction - Its impact on quality of life, depending on the type of conduit performed. Participants - Will be asked to complete different quality of life questionnaires during every follow-up visit - Will undergo additional tests to assess functionality

NCT ID: NCT05802017 Recruiting - Food Allergy Clinical Trials

Relation Between Adverse Reactions to Food, Physical Performance and Health in a Mediterranean Population

Start date: April 4, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Since the prevalence of adverse reactions to foodstuffs (ARFS) has been steadily increasing and has become an alarming health concern, the general objective of this study is to analyze the prevalence of ARFS in Spanish adults of different physical condition.

NCT ID: NCT05801003 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Coronary Artery Disease

Cutting Balloon Predilation Prior to Abluminus Sirolimus-eluting Stent Implantation (CUT-DRESS).

CUT-DRESS
Start date: February 1, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Drug-eluting stents iterations has significantly improved the results of percutaneous revascularization among patients undergoing coronary revascularization thanks to thinner struts, more biocompatible polymer coatings and new drug release formulations; leading to lower thrombogenicity, faster reendothelialization and improved clinical outcomes. Notwithstanding, stent-related events yet occur. Lesion pre-dilation prior to DES implantation is a crucial procedural step as it creates microdissections, which are required for optimal uptake of the drug. However, the best pre-dilation strategy has not yet been determined. Therefore, the aim of this study is to evaluate a strategy based on pre-dilation with cutting balloon (CB) followed by Abluminus Sirolimus-eluting stent (ASES) implantation for de novo coronary lesions
