LIFEGUARD Study - Continuous Respiratory Monitoring on the General Ward

Start date: May 9, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to document how often and how severe are the breathing difficulties that patients suffer, while recovering on a general ward following a serious operation

NCT ID: NCT03568071 Terminated - Atopic Dermatitis Clinical Trials

A Study to Assess Efficacy, Safety, Tolerability and Pharmacokinetics (PK)/Pharmacodynamics (PD) of MOR106 in Subjects With Moderate to Severe Atopic Dermatitis

IGUANA
Start date: April 26, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase II, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled multicenter study of repeated doses of MOR106 administered as IV infusion. MOR106, is an antibody which is being developed as a treatment for diseases such as psoriasis and atopic dermatitis. An antibody is a protein that is made by the body in a defense reaction against viruses and bacteria or other small particles. In this case, MOR106 will act against IL-17C interleukin by binding to it. This way it could be possible to act against these diseases.

NCT ID: NCT03563274 Terminated - Clinical trials for Liver, Cancer of, Non-Resectable

QuiremSpheres Observational Study

Hope166
Start date: June 21, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The main purpose of this study is to further assess treatment efficacy and safety after using QuiremSpheres® for the treatment of patients with unresectable primary liver cancer or unresectable liver metastases suitable for SIRT and allocated to this treatment by a multidisciplinary tumor board.

NCT ID: NCT03559517 Terminated - Crohn's Disease Clinical Trials

Efficacy and Safety Study of Ontamalimab as Induction Therapy in Participants With Moderate to Severe Crohn's Disease (CARMEN CD 305)

CARMEN CD 305
Start date: August 29, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ontamalimab in inducing clinical remission and endoscopic response in participants with moderate to severe Crohn's Disease.

NCT ID: NCT03556202 Terminated - Psoriasis Clinical Trials

A Long-term Study to Evaluate Safety and Maintenance of Treatment Effect of LY3074828 in Participants With Moderate-to-Severe Plaque Psoriasis (OASIS-3)

Start date: September 3, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the long-term safety and maintenance of efficacy of mirikizumab in participants with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis.

NCT ID: NCT03554200 Terminated - Clinical trials for Diabetes Mellitus, Type 2

EMPA Acute Heart Failure

Start date: June 11, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

In this study the investigators are aiming to treat patients with acute heart failure with or without diabetes with Empagliflozin or placebo. Given the beneficial effects of Empagliflozin on heart failure hospitalization in the EMPA-REG OUTCOME trial, the investigators do expect a similar beneficial effect to be present in patients with acute heart failure. Acute heart failure is a state of hydropic decompensation resulting in dyspnea and congestions, caused by different etiologies of cardiac disease. Recompensation is reached by application of diuretic drugs and fluid restriction.

NCT ID: NCT03549351 Terminated - Clinical trials for Leukemia, Myeloid, Acute

Evaluation of Measurable Residual Disease in Patients With Acute Myeloid Leukemia as Surrogate Endpoint for Survival

PERDAM
Start date: June 1, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Objectives To demonstrate that measurable residual disease assessed by multiparameter flow cytometry during intensive treatment is a surrogate for overall survival and thus an early read-out for drug efficacy Study design Surrogate endpoint trial to establish that measurable residual disease assessed by multiparameter flow cytometry during intensive treatment is a surrogate for overall survival

NCT ID: NCT03549338 Terminated - Clinical trials for Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

Sym004 Versus Futuximab or Modotuximab in Patients With mCRC

Start date: November 29, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 2, randomized, open-label, 3-arm trial in the ratio of 1:1:1 to either Sym004 (Arm A) versus each of its component monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), futuximab (Arm B) or modotuximab (Arm C), in genomically-selected patients with chemotherapy-refractory metastatic colorectal carcinoma (mCRC) and acquired resistance to anti-epidermal growth factor receptor (anti-EGFR) mAb therapy. The study is designed to evaluate the relative antitumor activity of each agent as assessed by imaging studies performed after 8 weeks of treatment.

NCT ID: NCT03541369 Terminated - Clinical trials for Relapsed/Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)

Safety, Tolerability, PK, PD, and Efficacy of AMG 427 in Subjects With Relapsed/Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia
