A Pilot Study of Larotrectinib for Newly-Diagnosed High-Grade Glioma With NTRK Fusion

Start date: April 8, 2021
Phase: Early Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a pilot study that will evaluate disease status in children that have been newly diagnosed high-grade glioma with TRK fusion. The evaluation will occur after 2 cycles of the medication (Larotrectinib) have been given. The study will also evaluate the safety of larotrectinib when given with chemotherapy in your children; as well as the safety larotrectinib when given post-focal radiation therapy.

NCT ID: NCT04655118 Recruiting - Myelofibrosis Clinical Trials

Study of TL-895 in Subjects With Myelofibrosis or Indolent Systemic Mastocytosis

Start date: October 22, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study evaluates TL-895, a potent, orally-available and highly selective irreversible tyrosine kinase inhibitor for the treatment of Myelofibrosis (Cohorts 1-3) or Indolent Systemic Mastocytosis (Cohort 5). Participants must be diagnosed with Myelofibrosis and be relapsed/refractory (e.g., having failed prior therapy), intolerant, or ineligible to receive JAKi treatment, or be diagnosed with Indolent Systemic Mastocytosis.

NCT ID: NCT04655066 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Pelvic Floor Disorders

Evaluation of the Subjectively Perceived Pelvic Floor Function in Patients With Gynecological Tumors and Breast Cancer Under Systemic Tumor Therapy Using a Validated Questionnaire

Start date: April 1, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The multimodal therapy of gynecological malignancies and breast cancer often leads to an impairment of the pelvic floor function. This has a major impact on the quality of life of cancer patients. The aim of the study is to record and analyze the potential subjective impairment of the bladder, bowel and sexual function under systemic tumor therapy as well as possible influencing factors by means of validated disease-specific questionnaires. to find possible starting points for the prevention and treatment of the symptoms.

Multicentre observational study of patients with severe tricuspid regurgitation and interventional treatment.

NCT ID: NCT04653285 Recruiting - Parkinson Disease Clinical Trials

Facilitating Motor Skill Learning in Parkinson's Disease III

FaST-PD-III
Start date: July 1, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The study is designed to assess the effects of cardiovascular (aerobic) exercise on motor skill learning in Parkinson patients. Specifically, the investigators examine whether moderate-intense aerobic exercise, performed immediately following motor skill practice over the course of a six week intervention period, facilitates motor memory consolidation. In this experimental trial, participants will be randomly allocated to either an intervention group (motor skill practice + aerobic exercise) or control group (motor skill practice + seated rest).

Start date: December 9, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicenter, double-blind, randomized study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a daily single oral dose of tasimelteon and matching placebo in male and female participants with DSWPD.
