Chronotherapy for Radiotherapy of Glioma

This study aims to determine if there is any difference in the efficacy of radiotherapy for glioma outcomes in the morning or in the evening. The study team believes that there may be a benefit to taking the radiotherapy at a certain time of day. To test this theory the study asks participants who are already taking radiotherapy for glioma consistently at either the morning or in the evening based on when they currently take their radiotherapy. There will be this study visits where the participant will be asked to fill in questionnaires related to their neurological symptoms, their sleep habits, sleep quality, survival situation, and general health information followed by a blood draw.

Previous studies indicate that both bevacizumab and PD-1 inhibitor have clinical benefits for OCCC patients. And the combination of bevacizumab and PD-1 inhibitor has shown preliminary safety and clinical activity. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the potential benefit of combination therapy for patients with OCCC.

Currently, NIV(Noninvasive ventilation ) is widely used in patients with hypoxemia and atelectasis after cardiac surgery.About 15% of patients have intolerance during NIV. The main manifestation is that the patient feels uncomfortable, often breaks away from the mask, and even gradually becomes agitated, which eventually leads to the failure of non-invasive ventilation.The patient's intubation rate is as high as 44%, and the mortality rate is 34%.There are many ways to prevent or treat NIV intolerance, of which the most used is to sedate the patient. This study aims to evaluate the effects of remifentanil and dexmedetomidine in the sedation of patients with intolerance to non-invasive mechanical ventilation after cardiac surgery, and to explore the optimal plan for sedation of patients with intolerant non-invasive mechanical ventilation after cardiac surgery.

Fruquintinib Plus Capecitabine Versus Bevacizumab Plus Capecitabine as Maintenance Therapy Following First-line Treatment for Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

This is an open-label, multicenter, randomized phase 2 study evaluating the efficacy and safety of fruquintinib plus capecitabine versus bevacizumab plus capecitabine as maintenance therapy following first-line treatment for metastatic colorectal cancer. Patients who have already achieved disease control (including CR/PR and SD), without discontinuation for toxicity, and are progression free after 4-6 months of standard first-line induction treatment will be assigned to 2 maintenance treatment groups by randomization in a 1:1 ratio to receive fruquintinib + capecitabine (Arm A) or bevacizumab + capecitabine (Arm B). The study contains a safety lead-in phase in which the safety and tolerability of fruquintinib + capecitabine will be assessed prior to the phase 2 portion of the study. All patients from Arm A and Arm B will be treated until progressive disease, death from any cause, unacceptable toxicity or informed consent withdrawal (whichever occurs earlier).

Clinical Efficacy of Adjuvant Chemotherapy in Patients With Locally Advanced Cervical Cancer Who Did Not Meet the NCCN Guidelines for Adjuvant Treatment After NACT Combined With Surgery

This is a prospective, phase 3 randomized controlled clinical trial. Cervical cancer patients with FIGO stage IB3, Ⅱ A2 or IIB with tumor size> 4 cm will be enrolled. Patients will undergo 2-3 cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapyradical (NACT) followed by laparotomic or laparoscopic hysterectomy + pelvic lymphadenectomy with cervical cancer foci sealed before dissection of the vagina and without uterine manipulator. Patients meet criteria of adjuvant therapy according to NCCN guideline after surgery will be weeded out, and who do not meet criteria of adjuvant therapy will be randomly selected to undergo adjuvant chemotherapy or just follow-up visit. The primary endpoint was disease-free survival (DFS) rate at 5 year. The secondary endpoints were 5-year overall survival (OS), safety and quality of life.
