There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
To observe the efficacy and safety of hydrochloride anlotinib combined with concurrent radiochemotherapy for patients with FIGO stage IB3 and IIA2-IVA cervical cancer. Patient characteristics, image and genetic information of tumor, microbial sample of tumor microenvironment and biomarker in the blood sample will be collected and analysis by multi-omics and bioinformatic technology. Aim to provide a new treatment module for cervical cancer.
The investigator's purpose is to study the population pharmacokinetics of commonly used antimicrobial agents in children of bacterial meningitis with augmented renal clearance and assess dosage individualization feasibility.
The investigators are trying to determine if oral Probiotics(Umeta-mimi,30 days) with Metronidazole vaginal suppositories (7 days) is better than using Metronidazole vaginal suppositories(7 days) only in preventing the recurrence of bacterial vaginosis
Timely and accurately predicting the occurrence of sepsis and actively intervening in treatment may effectively improve the survival and cure rate of patients with sepsis. Using machine learning and natural language processing, we want to develop models to 1) identify all children with sepsis admitted to hospital and 2) stratify them to distinguish those who are at high risk of death b) How will you undertake your work? From Shanghai hospitals anf MIMIC III, we will develop a very large dataset of patient admissions for all medical conditions including sepsis from the electronic health record. This data will include both structured data such as age, gender, medications, laboratory values, co-morbidities as well as unstructured data such as discharge summaries and physician notes. Using the dataset, we will train a model through natural language processing and machine learning to be able to identify people admitted with sepsis and identify those patients who will be at high risk of death. We will test the ability of these models to determine our predictive accuracies. We will then test these models at other institutions.
The study will determine the safety, tolerability, recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) and preliminary efficacy of BGB-11417 as monotherapy and in combination with azacitidine in participants with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS)or MDS/myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN) .
This is a prospective, single arm, phase Ib/IIa study. Up to 25 patients will be enrolled into the study (Part A: 2-18; Part B: 7-19). The study has been designed to allow an investigation of the optimal combination dose and schedule whilst of Osimertinib plus Anlotinib in patients with EGFRm+, treatment-naïve IIIb/IV Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) ensuring the safety of patients with intensive safety monitoring. There are two main parts to this study; Part A, Combination dose finding and Parts B, Dose expansion.
To study the safety and clinical effect of injection of drug-eluting microspheres with multiple chemodrug and protein drugs into advanced solid tumors.
This study were designed to verify the better method of survival for ICC with distant metastasis. Since the traditional method for ICC with distant metastasis. was GEMOX(first-line treatment from NCCN guideline), our previous study found similar results from FOLFOX (second-line treatment from NCCN guideline) compared with GEMOX. Our current study were conducted for further investigation to verify the better method for with distant metastasis.
The incidence of gastrointestinal diseases is high in intensive care unit (intensive care unit,ICU). In critically ill patients, the intestinal tract is the "engine" of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,MODS) and a component of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome, which is closely related to the poor prognosis of critically ill patients. In 2012, the abdominal working group of the European Association of critical Care Medicine (the European Society of Intensive Care Medicine,ESICM) put forward the concept of "acute gastrointestinal injury" (acute gastrointestinal injury,AGI), which was defined as gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by acute disease in critically ill patients. However, the grading system is complex and general, which does not reflect other gastrointestinal functions such as endocrine, immunity, barrier and so on, and lacks the support of objective laboratory results. When patients with acute gastrointestinal injury, gastrointestinal digestion and absorption, endocrine, immunity, barrier function are affected in varying degrees. The levels of indexes reflecting gastrointestinal digestion and absorption, endocrine and immunity were different among different AGI grades. The purpose of this study was to observe the characteristics of AGI bowel sounds in critically ill patients with ICU by digital continuous bowel sound monitoring, and to explore the clinical value of bowel sounds characteristics in AGI of critically ill patients combined with the changes of biomarkers of gastrointestinal injury.
This is a prospective, randomised, open-label, positive-controlled study to investigate the efficacy and safety of Osimertinib plus Carboplatin/Pemetrexed versus Osimertinib monotherapy in metastatic EGFRm NSCLC patients with EGFRm persistence in ctDNA at 3 weeks after first-line therapy with Osimertinib.
