There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
VG161 is a recombinant human-IL12/15/PDL1B oncolytic HSV-1 Injectable. This phase I study will be conducted in HSV-seropositive subjects with advanced primary liver cancer that are refractory to conventional therapies. This is an open label study and it's divided into two parts. Part 1: This part is ascending dose design to determine the safety and tolerability of VG161 and find recommended dose of VG161. Part 2: This part is extended dose design to determine the effectiveness of VG161.
This project is based on artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to screen the effective methods of traditional Chinese medicine intervention for dry eye and its applicable conditions, and optimize the traditional Chinese medicine intervention plan for dry eye through the evaluation of evidence-based medicine and expert consensus, and construct the Clinical Decision support system of traditional Chinese medicine intervention for dry eye, secondly, a real-world prospective cohort study design is adopted, the CDSS system is used in the ophthalmology clinic, and its practical application effect on patients with dry eye is evaluated.
To investigate the efficacy and safety of carelizumab combined with regorafenib in second-line treatment for patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma.
The study is prepared to use CMR technology for early screening of myocardial lesions in 561 age-matched women with type 2 diabetes without PCOS, with PCOS without type 2 diabetes and with type 2 diabetes combined with PCOS, compare the differences between the two groups of cardiomyocyte injury changes, and treat and follow-up with type 2 diabetes and PCOS in accordance with the current standard treatment guidelines for type 2 diabetes and PCOS, after 3 years of follow-up we will analyse the changes in cardiomyopathy, cardiac serological indicators, and heart function indicators, which can provide theoretical basis for early clinical intervention in the future.
Central venous catheterization technique is a compulsory clinical skill for anesthesia resident physician. Because it is difficult to operate and may cause serious complications, teaching this skill is a key and difficult point in clinical teaching of anesthesiology department. This project aims to observe the effect of video demonstration combined with video feedback teaching on the central venous catheterization time of junior residents and to obtain a better training method for central venous catheterization skills.
This is a multi-center, open-label, dose escalation and dose expansion, Phase 1 study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK and preliminary anti-tumor activity of CMG901. The dose escalation part (Part A) will determine the MTD of CMG901 in subjects with relapsed and/or refractory advanced solid tumor for which there is no available standard therapy likely to confer clinical benefit, or the subject is not a candidate for such available therapy based on a modified 3+3 dose escalation design (an accelerated dose titration design followed by traditional 3+3 dose escalation design). The dose expansion part (Part B) will evaluate the preliminary anti-tumor activity and safety of CMG901 in subjects with Claudin 18.2 positive gastric cancer (GC), gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) cancer, and pancreatic cancer who have relapsed and/or are refractory to approved therapies.
This study is a phase I study to evaluate the safety and tolerability of TQB2858 injection in patients with advanced malignancy.
The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects and efficacy of dietary sodium restriction by mean of a new healthcare approach in patients with immunoglobulin A nephropathy. The test persons in the intervention group are actively supported to adhere to a restricted sodium diet with a structured education program in combination with regular sodium excretion monitoring.
Pregnancy is a complex and coordinated physiological process. Pregnancy and the postpartum period are associated with unique changes in the immune system that may impact the natural history of autoimmune diseases and immune-mediated infections. In the postpartum period. ALT flares have been reported in 20%-60% of untreated women and were more likely to occur in hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg)-positive patients. It has been postulated that postpartum ALT flares may arise to rapid immune restitution against hepatitis B virus (HBV) antigens in the liver, when may be a timing of antiviral treatment. A large number of previous studies have focused on studies on the interruption of mother-to-child transmission in women with chronic hepatitis B(CHB), but studies on the prognosis of mothers undergoing pregnancy and delivery are very limited. What are the factors that affect the clearance of HBeAg or HBsAg? What kind of antiviral treatment protocol should be adopted for mothers with CHB? It is not only a problem that needs to be solved urgently in clinical practice, but also can provide some clues for understanding the occurrence and development of HBV infection in women of childbearing age. Overall, this study intends to carry out a multi-center two-way cohort study on E antigen-positive CHB women in 9 hospitals in Shaanxi Province. To observe the dynamic changes of virological parameters in these patients, figure out the factors of the serum HBsAg loss and HBeAg seroconversion, and establish relevant predictive models.
Neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy or chemotherapy followed by surgery is the standard treatment for local advanced esophageal cancer (EC). It had been demonstrated that patients who achieve pathologic complete response (pCR) after neoadjuvant treatment had better prognosis. However, the pCR rate were about only 5-10% in neoadjuvant chemotherapy and 20-40% in neoadjuvant concurrent chemoradiotherapy. PD-1 antibody based immunotherapy alone as second-line treatment or combined with chemotherapy as first-line treatment had been proved that could prolong overall survival of EC patients. And a recent phase 3 clinical trial CheckMate 577 reported that, as adjuvant treatment, nivolumab could improve disease-free survival in EC and esophageal-gastric junction cancer. The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of toripalimab, an anti-PD-1 antibody, combined with paclitaxel and cisplatin as neoadjuvant treatment in local advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). We hope this combining treatment would increase the pCR rate of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and improve survival of patients, and at the menatime avoid the adverse events of neoadjuvant radiotherapy. This study will provide valuable information for further clinical trials of both Toripalimab and other immune checkpoint inhibition agents in treatment of esophageal cancer.
