There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The objective of this study is to assess the safety, efficacy, pharmacokinetics, and immunogenicity of MRG002 as single agent in HER2-positive unresectable locally advanced or metastatic biliary tract cancer patients who have progressed during or relapsed after at least one prior stand therapy.
Parkinson's disease(PD) may cause the autonomic nervous system's improper functioning, which is responsible for regulating the intestinal tract movement. A certain degree of degeneration of digestive system function can cause PD patients to constipation symptoms. Studies have shown that up to 63 percent of people with Parkinson's disease experience constipation. What is more, medications for PD, including levodopa and dopamine agonist, can also cause constipation. In recent years, an increasing number of studies have been conducted to investigate gut microflora and their influence on the central nervous system. Furthermore, some studies of Parkinson's disease have confirmed that gut microflora plays a vital role in the occurrence and development of Parkinson's disease. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of fecal microbiota transplantation in the treatment of constipation symptoms in patients with Parkinson's disease receiving a steady dose of levodopa. We will also analyze intestinal flora diversity in patients with Parkinson's disease with constipation. The investigation of the gut microbiome may emerge as a new therapeutic measure to treat constipation associate with Parkinson's disease.
Participants with CD30-positive lympoma will be treated with brentuximab vedotin according to their clinic's standard practice. The main aim of this study is to collect information on any side effects from treatment with brentuximab vedotin. Other aims are to collect information on how brentuximab vedotin is used to treat these participants and the outcomes of these participants.
Evaluation of double filtration plasmapheresis combined with chemotherapy for the treatment of abnormalities of M protein or renal function due to the multiple myeloma.
This is a study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of TQ-B3525 in subjects with recurrent / metastatic advanced endometrial cancer, cervical cancer and ovarian cancer with PIK3CA and / or PIK3R1 / 2 gene-altered (mutation or amplification). Endometrial cancer, cervical cancer and ovarian cancer are divided into three cohorts, each cohort administrated TQ-B3525 tablet orally once a day.
Neoadjuvant treatment is an important treatment for early breast cancer patients. Patients with triple negative subtype who achieved pCR after neoadjuvant treatment would have longer survival. The neoadjuvant treatment for her2 negative patient was chemotherapy with combined drugs. However, not all patients benefit from chemotherapy but suffer from chemotherapy-related side effects. It was unknown for a patient who could benefit from which drug before chemotherapy. Drug sensitivity screening in vitro was a promising method for choosing chemotherapy. But there was no method could select effective drugs accurately for breast cancer patients until now. Previously, investigators developed a patient-derived tumor-like cell clusters in vitro culture technology. Feasibility for guiding clinical treatment by drug sensitivity screening based on this technology have been explored by preliminary exploration with a well corresponding. And the results have been published. This study will explore whether drug screening in vitro patient-derived tumor-like cell clusters from breast cancer tissue could be a method for selection of chemotherapy for her2 negative participants.
Aim of this study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of zanubrutinib in combination with R-CHOP for newly diagnosed untreated Non-GCB DLBCL Patients
Alveolar bone resorption often occurs after tooth extraction. At present, guided bone regeneration technique is widely used in clinic since it leads to less trauma and less complications. Tenting screw technology, basic on the classical GBR, implants screws into the surgical area to prevent the barrier membrane from collapsing. Moreover, advanced platelet rich fibrin and injectable platelet-rich fibrin are used to provide the osteogenic function. The investigators intend to increase vertical alveolar bone augmentation by combining tenting screws and A-PRF, I-PRF.
The study is designed to study the efficacy of IV OsrHSA or positive control HSA (10 g and 20 g IV everyday) for 14 days. After a screening period of up to 14 days, the eligible subjects will be randomized in a 4:1 ratio to OsrHSA and positive control HSA, respectively, in each cohort. Each enrolled subject will receive multiple assigned doses of OsrHSA. The Investigator and subjects will be blind to treatment assignment (OsrHSA or positive control HSA) in each cohort. During the study, subjects will be evaluated for efficacy, safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity. In each cohort, subjects will be stratified by baseline serum albumin level. If serum albumin reaches 35 g/L or more, the study drug or control drug administration may be terminated early. Subjects will have 3 follow-up visits in 2 weeks.
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the diagnostic performance of a Raman spectroscopy analysis device - Spectra IMDx for the detection of gastric cancer and precancerous lesions in vivo.
