There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Compare the objective remission rate of A140 and Erbitux combined with mfolfox6 regimen in the first-line treatment of Ras wild-type metastatic colorectal cancer for 12 weeks

Objective: To evaluate the effect of BRS and LRS infusion on acute renal injury in patients undergoing major abdominal surgery 3. Primary outcome: Incidence of AKI at 28 days postoperative (defined as acute kidney injury, according to Kidgo 2012 definition and classification). 4. Study Design: Randomized, controlled, open-label clinical study.
Thrombocytopenia is an important pathological feature of HFRS(Hemorrhagic Fever With Renal Syndrome, HFRS). However, the cause of thrombocytopenia in HFRS is not yet fully understood. Neutrophils, as the largest number of white blood cells in the human body, can widely participate in the immune process of viral infections. Previous studies have found that the neutrophils of patients with acute myocardial infarction can interact with activated platelets and further mediate platelet phagocytosis. Therefore, this study aims to systematically elucidate the immunological process of neutrophil mediated thrombocytopenia in patients with HFRS by exploring the correlation between platelet activation, neutrophil activation and neutrophil proportion of adherent / phagocytic platelets peripheral blood of HFRS patients, and to analyze its relationship with the course of HFRS disease, which lays a theoretical foundation for further understanding the pathogenesis of HFRS and provides a basis for clinical use.
The purpose of this study is to estimate the effects of diet and exercise interventions on body weight, cardiovascular metabolic markers, executive function, and intestinal flora among undergraduate students, as well as the underlying mechanisms.
This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled,parallel-group preliminary verifying study about safety and efficacy of maintenance DCVAC/OvCa after first-line chemotherapy added to standard of care in patients with newly diagnosed FIGO III-IV ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal carcinoma.
Autoimmune pancreatitis (AIP) is a special type of chronic pancreatitis mediated by autoimmunity. The classic manifestation of AIP is diffuse pancreatic enlargement, some of which are characterized by focal enlargement. Clinically, it is divided into diffuse AIP (DAIP) and focal AIP (FAIP) according to morphology. FAIP can be clinically manifested as obstructive jaundice, peripancreatic lymphadenopathy and vascular involvement, which may mimic pancreatic cancer (PC). CT/MRI is the important imaging tool for diagnosing pancreatic diseases. However, due to the overlap of the imaging features of FAIP and PC, it is challenging to differentiate the two by CT/MRI. Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) can clearly display the pancreatic parenchyma and pancreatic duct system and has become a routine modality for the evaluation of pancreatic diseases. The aim of this study is to construct a diagnosis model for distinguishing between FAIP and PC by comparing the EUS characteristics of the two, and further validate its diagnostic efficacy.
This phase III trial aims to compare the efficacy and safety of MIL62 combined lenalidomide and lenalidomide alone to treat patient diagnosed with Follicular Lymphoma (FL) and refractory to rituximab. The study randomized patients with a 1:1 ratio to receive either MIL62 plus lenalidomide or lenalidomide.
Pregnancy-induced hypertension is a unique abnormal blood pressure disease in women during pregnancy, including eclampsia, preeclampsia, pregnancy-induced hypertension, chronic hypertension and so on. Eclampsia can lead to convulsions, proteinuria, multiple organ failure, and eventually death. It is a very serious disease in women, and the incidence of pregnancy-induced hypertension during pregnancy is between 4% and 10%. The incidence of eclampsia ranges from 2% to 5%. Studies have shown that there are about 60,000 cases of stillbirth or stillbirth due to eclampsia every year worldwide. At present, there are many theories about the pathogenesis of eclampsia, such as oxidative stress theory, maternal and fetal interaction theory, immune imbalance theory, heredity theory and so on.
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common disease that endangers people's health, causing severe economic and treatment burdens. Sleep breathing disease, as a complication of COPD, increases the hospitalization rate and mortality of COPD. At present, community doctors have insufficient knowledge of COPD and its complications, and they also lack standardized screening and related disease management capabilities. This trail intends to use IoT medical technology to screen for COPD combined with sleep breathing diseases. It can establish a two-way referral channel between primary community hospitals and higher-level hospitals, which provides early warning services for COPD combined with sleep breathing diseases. This trial explores the impact of sleep breathing disease on COPD's acute exacerbation, which improves the understanding of COPD patients combined with sleep breathing diseases. It also improves COPD management and its complications control at the community-level and reduces COPD patients' potential risks and treatment burdens. It also explores tiered diagnosis and treatment models for COPD, promotes the construction of intelligent IoT infrastructure, and enhances standardized diagnosis and treatment of COPD at the grassroots level in China.
This study summarizes the experience of precision treatment and postoperative management of various types of cataract, and intend to further improve the quality of Clinical Cataract diagnosis and treatment.
