There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Diet management could improve blood and weight control in patients with diabetes mellitus. Time-restricted feeding is a novel dietary tool that limits time of energy intake without altering diet quality or quantity. This study aims to assess the effect of 10-hour time-restricted feeding on metabolism and behavior in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
This is an open-label, multi-center, randomized, phase III study. It is aimed to firstly evaluate the effectiveness and safety of almonertinib induction therapy in EGFR-mutated patients with unresectable stage III non-small cell lung cancer, and to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of dynamic MRD guided maintenance therapy with almonertinib after induction therapy with almonertinib and local therapy (radical surgery or radiotherapy) evaluated by MDT diagnostic model. The study includes a screening period (not more than 28 days after the subject with signed informed consent before first medication), treatment period (including induction therapy with almonertinib\ radical therapy under MDT model\ consolidation therapy with almonertinib) and follow-up period.
This study is a single-center, open, single-arm study, conducted in healthy Chinese populations, and plans to enroll 22 healthy adult subjects (the ratio of either sex is not less than 1/3).
This study aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pneumoconiosis and to provide high-quality evidence for the prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis.
This is a phase 1 clinical trial of autologous CD7-CAR T cells in the treatment of high-risk acute T-cell leukemia / lymphoma. Twenty subjects will be enrolled. Subjects will be pretreated with chemotherapy prior to infusion of CAR T cells: about 3 days before cells transfusion, the patients who planned to reinfuse CAR T cells were treated with fluorodarabine 30 mg/m2( body surface area) and cyclophosphamide 250 mg/m2( body surface area) for 3 days. Then this study will be using a 3+3 dose escalation approach from dose 1 (DL-1): 5×105 (±20%) to dose 2 (dl-2): 1×106 (±20%). Below the lowest dose was reinfused at the PI's discretion.

In recent years, immunotherapy has become one of the important treatments for malignant tumors. Among them, PD-1 inhibitors have been widely used in clinical practice, and have shown a significant survival benefits in many patients. However, the incidence of immune-related adverse reactions (irAEs) of PD-1 inhibitors is relatively high, and severe cases can even threaten patients's life. At present, irAEs have become a bottleneck and it is urgent to establish a prevention strategy for the prediction of irAEs. In this study, we intends to use Sintilimab as the research drug. A prospective cohort study was carried out. Part of the sample which was used as a training set would be detected for producing a time-series multi-dimensional data such as differential genes, metabolites and immune factors. Then gene expression programming (GEP) was used to explore the irAEs recognition model. Then, based on this recognition model, internal verification ( part of samples from the center 1 ) and external verification ( part of samples from the center 2 and center 3 samples) are carried out to accurately predict the high-risk population of irAEs and realize the early-stage warning of Sintilimab induced- irAEs.
The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility and evaluate the safety of delivering chemotherapy, the usual approach to non-small cell lung cancer, in combination with Sintilimab (PD-1 antibody), followed by adjuvant therapy after surgical resection. Consolidation therapy is treatment given following the initial treatment. Sintilimab is an investigational drug, which has been approved by the NMPA(National Medical Products Administration,China. https://www.nmpa.gov.cn/) for use in late stage of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Sintilimab is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the surface of some cells of the immune system and activates them against cancer cells. It is not chemotherapy.
This is a multi-center, non-randomized, 3-cohort, phase II trial, evaluating a triplet combination of docetaxel, oxaliplatin and fluorouracil for gastric cancer with peritoneal carcinomatosis and inoperable malignant bowel obstruction.
The primary objective of single ascending dose study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of CY150112 after single oral administration of different doses in healthy Chinese subjects.
