Longitudinal Study of the Patients With Medication-overuse Headache or Migraine That Completed Baseline MRI

This is a phone interview research study for patients with migraine or medication-overuse headache (MOH) who have completed baseline MRI scans. Participants will be interviewed by phone at 3, 12, 24 months after the baseline MRI scans. The purpose of this study is to potentially identify the baseline brain functional or structural signatures (functional connectivity, regional homogeneity, amplitude of low frequency fluctuation, and so such) that are predictive of the short- and long- term outcomes as well as treatment response of migraine and MOH patients.

Effect of Lifestyle Intervention Among Patients With Hypertension or High-normal Blood Pressure

Hypertension is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease and cardiovascular events. Healthy lifestyle factors are widely recommended for hypertension prevention and control, and cardiorespiratory fitness is a strong and independent predictor of the progression of hypertension. Increased cardiorespiratory fitness through lifestyle modifications is associated with lower mortality in hypertensive or high-normal blood pressure individuals. The aim of the study is to evaluate the effects of supervised lifestyle intervention that include diet and exercise and base on intelligent application and continuous physiological monitoring on improvement of cardiopulmonary fitness, blood pressure and other health outcomes among participants with hypertension or high-normal blood pressure.

Enhanced Measurement-Based Care Effectiveness for Depression (EMBED) Study

Measurement-based care (MBC) is an evidence-based practice that incorporates routine outcome assessment using validated rating scales to guide collaborative clinical decision-making. Although MBC results in improved outcomes for patients with major depressive disorder (MDD), there are barriers to its broad implementation in clinical settings. The use of "enhanced" MBC (eMBC), with mobile apps that allow patients to track outcomes and engage in self-management via WeChat, may address some of these barriers. The investigators hypothesize that implementation with eMBC using WeChat will be superior to standard MBC implementation using paper-pencil assessments at the clinic, for both implementation and clinical outcomes.

Effects of Visual Reconstruction on Brain Function and Structure in Children With Congenital Cataract

Children have considerable plasticity of the visual system during the formation and maturation of various visual functions at different ages. Congenital cataracts are the leading cause of treatable blindness in children. With the continuous improvement of surgical approaches and surgical techniques, the success rate of congenital cataract surgery has been significantly improved clinically, and the visual function of children has been significantly improved after surgery. However, to date, there has been no experimental study of specific changes in the brain before and after surgery in children with congenital cataracts to explore its relationship with visual reconstruction. We aim to investigate the effects of congenital cataract surgery on the brain function and structure of children through preoperative and postoperative analysis and comparison of brain imaging such as BOLD-fMRI and DTI, and provide new ideas for the clinical treatment and prognostic assessment of this disease.

A Single-arm Exploratory Study of Neoadjuvant Therapy

Neoadjuvant EGFR TKI therapy targeting EGFR mutation has some problems failure to fulfill clinical requirements such as low MPR rate, tissue fibrosis and other major surgical impacts and unmet clinical needs.This study hypothesized that Tisleizumab combined with chemotherapy in the neoadjuvant treatment of stage II-IIIA non-squamous NSCLC with EGFR-mutant PD-L1 expression ≥1% could significantly improve the pathological response rate after neoadjuvant therapy, improve the surgical complete resection rate, reduce perioperative complications and do not increase the surgical difficulty.In this study, biomarker analysis is going to explore the possible direction of neoadjuvant therapy population screening, and to explore a possible method for the efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant immunotherapy in clinical stage II-IIIA non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR mutation and expression of PD-L1.

Effect of Latin Dance on Middle School Girls' Social Physique Anxiety and Physical Self-esteem

Latin dance is a kind of sports dance, which originated in Latin America, includes the rumba, samba, Cha Cha Cha, bullfighting dances and cowboy dances. Latin dance has bright and strong music rhythm, passion, bold, romantic style, Latin dance has a positive effect on physical and mental health. Latin dance offers a unique dimension that traditional aerobic exercise does not, namely interpersonal communication and interactivity. Dancing may provide additional cognitive benefits compared to other forms of PA, such as walking. Latin dance also provides a unique dimension that traditional aerobic exercise does not, that is, it is a complex sensory-motor rhythmic activity that integrates a variety of physical, cognitive and social factors. Based on the unique charm of Latin dance and previous articles on the influence of dance on social physique anxiety and physical self-esteem, there are few articles on Latin dance, and none of them have studied the influence of Latin dance on these two variables. This study analyzes the Latin dance on the social physique anxiety and physical self-esteem of middle school girls and provides theoretical support for the study to improve the social physique anxiety and physical self-esteem of middle school students, as well as to promote Latin dance. To promote the diversification of Chinese middle school sports in dance teaching.
