NCT ID: NCT05536700 Recruiting - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

Using Mass Spectrometry (EasyM) Detecting Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) in Multiple Myeloma

Start date: December 31, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The presence of minimal residual disease (MRD) is an important prognostic factor for multiple myeloma, while M-protein is a widely accepted biomarker used for multiple myeloma (MM) diagnose. Detecting MRD by monitoring M-protein using mass spectrometry (MS) is promising due to its high analytical sensitivity. To evaluate the correlation between MS-MRD and overall disease burden, over 60 patients with 500+ samples were identified for this study. The M-protein sequence and the patient-specific M-protein peptides of each patient were obtained by de novo protein sequencing platform using the diagnostic serum (> 30g/L). The follow- up samples were then measured by a parallel reaction monitoring (PRM) assay.

NCT ID: NCT05536505 Recruiting - MRD Clinical Trials

Adjuvant Treatment Based on MRD for EGFR Mutant NSCLC

Start date: September 13, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

A prospective, multicenter clinical study designed to explore the efficacy of postoperative adjuvant EGFR-TKIs therapy based on MRD status in patients with stage IB-IIIB EGFR-mutant non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (non-squamous NSCLC). Primary endpoints include 3-year Disease-Free Survival rate (3y-DFS) and median disease-free survival (mDFS).

NCT ID: NCT05536427 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Safety and Efficacy of IPM001 in Patients With Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Start date: October 1, 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

In this study, safety and effects of IPM001 injection on human hepatocellular carcinoma are going to be investigated, IPM001 is a multiple tumor-associated antigen (TAA) and neoantigen/tumor-specific antigen (TSA) sensitized autoimmune cell injection

NCT ID: NCT05536154 Recruiting - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

Etoposide+Cytarabine+PEG-rhG-CSF as First Line Mobilization Regimen of Hematopoietic Stem Cells in Patients With Hematological Malignancies

Start date: November 1, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This is a single-arm, multicenter, exploratory clinical study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the combination of etoposide, cytarabine and PEG-rhG-CSF (EAP regimen) as first line mobilization regimen of hematopoietic stem cells in patients with lymphoma and multiple myeloma. All eligible patients will receive EAP regimen treatment, then the number of CD34+ cells and white blood cells will be monitoring. When the collection standard is met, hematopoietic stem cell collection will be started.

NCT ID: NCT05536102 Recruiting - Gastric Cancer Clinical Trials

The Effectiveness and Safety of XELOX and Tislelizumab + PLD for Resectable Gastric Cancer (LidingStudy)

Start date: September 5, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a signle-arm, multi-center, open-lable, phase II study. The objective is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of tislelizumab + oxaliplatin + capecitabine + PLD in the neoadjuvant treatment of resectable gastric adenocarcinoma.

NCT ID: NCT05536089 Recruiting - Cancer Colorectal Clinical Trials

ctDNA Methylation Application in Postoperative Relapse and Adjuvant Chemotherapy Efficacy Evaluation

Start date: September 5, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

In this study, the investigators aimed to apply their previously developed multi-locus blood-based assay targeting circulating tumor DNA methylation to monitor postoperative relapse and evaluate adjuvant chemotherapy efficacy in resected stage I and stage II (without high risk) colorectal cancer after radical resection.

NCT ID: NCT05536024 Recruiting - Deep Learning Clinical Trials

Combing a Deep Learning-Based Radiomics With Liquid Biopsy for Preoperative and Non-invasive Diagnosis of Glioma

Start date: May 1, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

This registry has the following objectives. First, according to the guidance of 2021 WHO of CNS classification, we constructed and externally tested a multi-task DL model for simultaneous diagnosis of tumor segmentation, glioma classification and more extensive molecular subtype, including IDH mutation, ATRX deletion status, 1p19q co-deletion, TERT gene mutation status, etc. Second, based on the same ultimate purpose of liquid biopsy and radiomics, we innovatively put forward the concept and idea of combining radiomics and liquid biopsy technology to improve the diagnosis of glioma. And through our study, it will provide some clinical validation for this concept, hoping to supply some new ideas for subsequent research and supporting clinical decision-making.

NCT ID: NCT05535998 Completed - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

TACE-HAIC Combined With TKIs and Immunotherapy Versus TACE Alone for Hepatocellular Carcinoma With PVTT

Start date: January 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is characterized with vascular invasion, particularly of the portal vein, resulting in portal vein tumor thrombus (PVTT) in 10%-40% of HCC patients at the time of HCC diagnosis. The prognosis of these patients is extremely poor.Treatment efficacy and safety using a combined therapy (TACE-HAIC combined with TKIs and PD-1 inhibitors) were compared with TACE alone in treatment of HCC patients with PVTT.
