Comparison of Outcomes With Stapler Versus Hand-Sewn Closure After Minimally Invasive Distal Pancreatectomy

The incidence of postoperative pancreatic fistula (POPF) after Distal pancreatectomy (DP) remains high. Of the available mitigation strategies, high-quality closure of the pancreatic stump is fundamental. Researchers failed to find a decrease in the incidence of POPF after stapler closure of the pancreatic stump compared with that related to hand-sewn suture in DP. Minimally invasive DP (MDP) is becoming the first choice for patients and surgeons, few studies have evaluated whether stapler closure is superior to hand-sewn suture for stump closure in MDP. Therefore, this retrospective study was aimed at evaluating the effect of stapler versus hand-sewn closure on the incidence of POPF after MDP.

The Effect of High Fat Diet on the Pharmacokinetics of AD16 Tablets in Healthy Chinese Adult Subjects

The study was a single-center, randomized, open-access, two-crossover, single-dose study design with 16 subjects to evaluate the pharmacokinetics of a high-fat diet on a single dose of oral AD16 tablets in healthy Chinese adults and the safety of a single dose of oral AD16 tablets in healthy Chinese adults. Compared with fasting administration, a high-fat diet reduced the rate of AD16 tablet absorption in healthy adult subjects and had no effect on overall exposure to AD16. The elimination and distribution characteristics of AD16 in vivo were similar under the conditions of feeding and fasting administration. A single dose of AD16 tablets after fasting and high fat diet showed good safety.

Safety, Tolerability and Pharmacokinetics of AD16 Tablets in Adult Healthy Subjects After Single Administration

The primary objective of this study was to evaluate the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetic characteristics of single administration of AD16 tablets in healthy adults under fasting conditions, and the secondary objective was to preliminarily evaluate the material balance of single administration of AD16 tablets in fasting conditions. The study is divided into two parts: preliminary test and formal test. The formal trial was a single-center, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind, dose-increasing study, with 5 dose groups (5mg, 10mg, 20mg, 30mg and 40mg, respectively). Ten subjects (male and female) were enrolled in each dose group, of which 8 received the experimental drug and 2 received placebo. Parent Infant Skin-to-Skin Contact Intervention Based on The Co-parenting Theory

The goal of this clinical intervention study is to construct a neonatal skin contact program for cesarean section primipara families with the cooperation of both parents.So as to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for pregnant women and their spouses, and reduce the possibility of anxiety and depression of pregnant women and their spouses. Promoting the ability of fathers to participate in co-parenting can help mothers and their spouses adapt to the new role of ' parents ' and enhance their sense of parenting competence and happiness. The main questions it aims to answer are: - How to publicize and educate knowledge about co-parenting theory and skin contact knowledge and use the co-parenting theory to design a suitable skin contact scheme? - What are the benefits of skin to skin contact between parents after cesarean section? 1. Participants will take prenatal classes on co-parenting and skin to skin contact. 2. Participants will receive brochures on co-parenting theory and skin to skin contact. 3. Participants will receive face-to-face skin-to-skin contact guidance every day during postpartum hospitalization to correctly perform skin to skin contact. 4. Participants will be online to punch in skin contact. There is a comparison group: routine prenatal and post-natal care without additional educational support. Researchers will compare the comparison group to see the cesarean section parents in the postpartum distribution of skin contact tasks, joint skin contact, whether will the intimate relationship between parents and infants, parents ' mental health, anxiety level.
