There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Simultaneous measurement of the three modalities, functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), positron emission tomography (PET) and electroencephalography (EEG) was proven to be feasible and advantageous in evaluating brain structural and functional (via fMRI), metabolic (via PET) and electrophysiological (via EEG) signatures simultaneously under the same conditions. Investigators use trimodal PET-fMRI-EEG imaging to explore the characteristics of brain network damage in patients with disorders of consciousness(DOC), assess the trajectory of consciousness recovery in a prospective observational cohort study.
Survey Methods In this study, a questionnaire on nursing leadership and influencing factors was distributed online through Wenjuanxing, an online questionnaire platform. The nursing department and the head nurse of the department where the questionnaire was to be distributed were first contacted and they agreed, and the researcher joined each department's nurses' WeChat group, distributed the questionnaire QR code, and explained the inclusion and exclusion criteria and the method of completing the questionnaire, emphasizing that the questionnaire was filled in anonymously. Nurses in each department were given 24 hours to participate in the response (the response time was around 30 minutes). Quality Control The selected nursing leadership questionnaire, EPQ-RSC scale and psychological capital questionnaire all had good reliability and validity; the inclusion and exclusion criteria and the method of completing the questionnaire were explained by the researcher to the participated nurses; questionnaires that were not filled out completely or filled out with obvious regularity, and those with L scores greater than 60 on the personality trait scale were considered invalid and were excluded; the data were checked by two people after collection. Statistical methods SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis. Continuous-type data were described using the mean ± standard deviation ( ), and single-sample t-test was used for those satisfying normal distribution. Count data were described using frequency and composition ratios. Dichotomous logistic regression was used to analyze the factors influencing the leadership of pediatric clinical nurses; P<0.05 was considered a statistically significant difference when not specifically stated.
This is a prospective diagnostic study. This study is to compare the performance between circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) methylation and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in detecting colorectal tumor. Firstly, based on the identification of differential ctDNA methylation biomarkers, the diagnostic model is established and the diagnostic performance was compared with that of CEA. Secondly, the stage stratification model was established preliminarily based on differential ctDNA methylation biomarkers and the performance was also compared with that of CEA.
Orthotopic sigmoid neobladder surgery is one of the ideal urinary diversion methods after radical cystectomy. In recent years, functional imaging studies have revealed brain regions related to urinary system function, but brain activity of lower urinary tract function in neobladder patients is still unclear. The aim of this study is to explore the brain activity of urination intention and self-controlled urination behavior in patients with orthotopic sigmoid neobladder by task-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI).
Neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy (CRT) followed by surgery or definitive CRT is the standard treatment for locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), but the clinical outcomes are not satisfactory. Breathomics testing is a promising, non-invasive, simple method for detection and screening for ESCC. This observational study aimed to role of exhaled volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in predicting the efficacy and risk of recurrence in patients with locally advanced ESCC who received CRT.
IMPAHCT-FUL: Inhaled Imatinib Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension Clinical Trial - Follow Up Long Term Extension (LTE) Trial is a follow up study to establish the long-term safety of AV-101. The long-term effects of AV-101 on efficacy measures will also be assessed. Subjects who successfully complete the 24-week placebo-controlled parent trial (AV-101-002) will be offered the opportunity to continue into this LTE study. Subjects who enroll in the study will receive one of three active AV-101 doses until such time as the optimal dose has been selected in the parent study.
Phase I clinical study of multicenter, single-arm, open, non-randomized evaluation of recombinant humanized anti-CD52 monoclonal antibody in the NHL and T-PLL
This is a prospective, open label, multi-center, interventional study to assess the safety and efficacy of Druvalumab plus Tremelimumab as first-line treatment in Chinese patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma.
This is a longitudinal, triple-blind, randomized-controlled, prospective observational study assessing patients with cerebellar ataxia, including spinocerebellar ataxia type 3 (SCA3) and multiple system atrophy-cerebellar type (MSA-C), to examine the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) for up to 3 months.
Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) arises from the epithelial cells of bile ducts and occurs proximal to the segmental biliary ducts. ICC is highly aggressive, long-term survival only can be achieved in patients with R0 surgical resection. Large diameter of tumor, multiple tumors, preoperative carbohydrate antigen(CA)19-9 elevated, tumors invaded adjacent blood vessels and preoperative radiology hints suspected regional lymph node metastasis were considered as high-risk factors of recurrence in the previous study. Chemotherapy can trigger antigen release and induces strong anti-tumor effects of T cells due to cytotoxic cell death. Immune checkpoint inhibitors can relieve tumor immunosuppressive microenvironment. Hence, we aim to investigate objective response rate and R0 resection rate and survival rate of patients with high-risk factors of recurrence who receives Tislelizumab combined with GEMOX regimen(GOT) as a neoadjuvant therapy.
