NCT ID: NCT05621278 Recruiting - Cognitive Function Clinical Trials

Children to Adults Mental and Psychosomatic Health Study (CAMPS)

Start date: September 11, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study titled the Children to Adults Mental and Psychosomatic Health Study (CAMPS), aims to explore the interplay between mental health, psychosomatic factors, and adverse childhood experiences (ACE) across a broad age range, from school-age children to adults in China. The study will involve participants from various educational settings, including teachers, students, and parents, who will be recruited through schools. The assessment methodology will combine validated psychometric scales and behavioral experiments to comprehensively evaluate mental and physical health aspects and the impact of ACEs. This integrative approach is designed to illuminate the complex relationships between psychological well-being, somatic symptoms, and early life stressors across different life stages.

NCT ID: NCT05621070 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Primary Hypercholesterolaemia and Mixed Dyslipidemia

Efficacy and Safety of JS002 as Monotherapy in Patients With Primary Hypercholesterolaemia and Mixed Dyslipidemia

Start date: December 2, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

JS002 is a recombinant humanized anti-PCSK9 monoclonal antibody. This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, PK/PD profile, immunogenicity as well as complete delivery of auto-injector by patients of JS002 as monotherapy in patients with primary hypercholesterolaemia and mixed dyslipidemia. In this study, two dose cohorts(150 mg, 450 mg) are set up, and 582 subjects are planned to be enrolled (randomizedly assigned to JS002 or placebo 150/450 mg group in a 2:1:2:1 ratio).A screening period (≤6 weeks), a double-blind treatment period (12 weeks), an open-label treatment period (40 weeks), and a follow-up period (8 weeks) will be required.

NCT ID: NCT05620862 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Pediatric Solid Tumor

Phase I Dose Escalation and Pharmacokinetics Clinical Trial of Mitoxantrone Hydrochloride Liposome in Children With Relapsed and Refractory Lymphoma and Solid Tumors

Start date: October 25, 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Phase I dose escalation clinical trial: to explore the dose limiting toxicity (DLT) of mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposome injection in the treatment of children with relapsed and refractory lymphoma and solid tumors. Pharmacokinetics clinical trial: to observe the pharmacokinetics of mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposomes in children with relapsed and refractory lymphoma and solid tumors. To evaluate the safety and efficacy of mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposomes in children with lymphoma and solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT05620732 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Gastric Carcinoma

Treatment of Advanced Malignant Solid Tumors With Claudin18.2CAR-T

Start date: October 1, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The efficacy of advanced pancreatic cancer and gastric cancer needs to be further improved. Claudin is a kind of integrin membrane protein in the tight junction between epithelium and endothelium, which is highly expressed in gastric cancer and pancreatic cancer. Preclinical studies suggest that Claudin18.2CAR-T can effectively improve the remission rate of patients with advanced solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT05620706 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Study of GPC-3 CAR-T Cells in Treating With Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Start date: November 1, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Hepatocellular carcinoma is a highly heterogeneous disease. Treatment strategies for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma are limited. Phosphatidylinositol proteoglycan 3 (GPC3) is a heparan sulfate glycoprotein (HSPG) on the surface of the cell membrane. It is highly expressed in liver cancer tissues, but hardly expressed in normal liver tissues. It is an ideal target for tumor treatment. Investigators aimed to test the safety and efficacy of GPC3 CAR-T cells in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma.

NCT ID: NCT05620693 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Soft-tissue Sarcoma

Study of NY-ESO-1 TCR-T in Advanced Soft Tissue Sarcoma

Start date: November 11, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Soft tissue sarcoma (STS) is a kind of solid tumor with high heterogeneity. There is no standard second-line treatment plan for patients who have failed first-line treatment. NY-ESO-1, a cancer testis antigen, is highly expressed in soft tissue tumors and is an ideal therapeutic target. Investigators aim to testify the safety and efficacy of NY-ESO-1 TCR-T cell in advanced soft tissue sarcoma.

NCT ID: NCT05620680 Recruiting - Clinical trials for T Lymphoblastic Leukemia/Lymphoma

CD7 CAR-T Cells in T-cell Lymphoma/Leukemia

Start date: October 1, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

T-cell lymphoma/leukemia is a group of highly lethal diseases with a high relapse rate and poor prognosis. CD7 was proved to be widely expressed in T-cell malignant, which makes it a promising therapeutic target. In this study we aim to test the safety and efficacy of CD7 CAR-T cells in T-cell lymphoma/leukemia.

NCT ID: NCT05620654 Recruiting - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

A Phase I Dose-finding Trial of Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Paclitaxel Combined With Cisplatin

Start date: December 1, 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Primary objective of this trial is to identify the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of paclitaxel combined with a fixed dose of cisplatin (75 mg/m2) delivered as hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) in patients with ovarian cancer. In this single-center Phase I trial, Bayesian Optimal Interval Design (TITE-BOIN) was used. The starting dose for paclitaxel was 175 mg/m2, with escalation in 25 mg/m2 increments until the MTD was determined or the maximum dose level of 225 mg/m2 was reached. The target dose-limiting toxicity (DLT) rate was 25%, and the total sample size was 30 patients.
