There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
As a good niche for bacterial growth, appendix plays a very important role in maintaining and protecting intestinal symbiotic flora. Appendectomy will lead to intestinal microecological disorders. Therefore, we put forward the hypothesis that "appendectomy leads to intestinal microecological disorders and then increases the risk of colorectal cancer". In this study, the feces of normal controls, appendectomy and patients with colorectal cancer were collected, and the specific changes of intestinal flora after appendectomy were explored in detail from the level of family, genus and species by macrogenomic sequencing. Then through functional gene analysis, metabolic pathway analysis and other methods to explore the molecular mechanism of colorectal cancer risk changes and the changes of microflora involved, and verified by mouse fecal bacteria transplantation animal experiment.
Electroencephalography (EEG) has been proposed as a neurophysiological biomarker to delineate psychotic disorders. Meanwhile, the increased appetite, which might related to self-control process, has been an increasing concern for the management of psychotic disorders. In this cross-section study, investigators collect the resting state EEG data, self-control related scale, eating behaviour questionnaire and psychotic syndrome related assessement and try to find the connection between those measurers, in order to provide novel understanding on the mechanism of psychotic diseases.
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of coformulated favezelimab/pembrolizumab (MK-4280A) in participants with metastatic colorectal cancer. The study will also compare MK-4280A with the standard of care treatment of regorafenib and TAS-102 (trifluridine and tipiracil). The primary study hypothesis is that coformulated favezelimab/pembrolizumab (MK-4280A) is superior to standard of care with respect to overall survival.
TAF treatment for HBV prophylaxis could lead to significant reduction in ALT and significant improvement in renal function. However, data are scarce regarding to TAF monotherapy without HBIG for HBV prophylaxis in post orthotopic liver transplant with HBV-related disease. This study is based on a real-world, multi-center, prospective study to assess the effectiveness and safety of TAF for HBV prophylaxis, which will fill in gaps with TAF monotherapy without HBIG in post liver transplant.
This study is designed to provide continuous access to treatment with bintrafusp alfa for eligible participants from ongoing bintrafusp alfa parent studies (NCT02517398, NCT03840902, NCT02699515, NCT04246489, NCT04489940, NCT03840915, NCT03631706, NCT04551950, NCT03833661 and NCT04066491) and to collect long-term safety and efficacy data. Study Duration: All participants in this rollover study will be treated with bintrafusp alfa until meeting defined criteria in the protocol for discontinuation, until study intervention is commercially accessible and provisioned via marketed product, or until end of study. The study also includes a 5 years survival follow-up after last dose of the study treatment. Treatment Duration: Treatment under the rollover protocol according to the interval and dosing schedule in the parent protocol until discontinuation.
This is a single-arm phase II trial to determine the efficacy and safety of Tislelizumab in addition to bronchial arterial chemoembolization in stage III-Ⅳ NSCLC patients who failed, refused or ineligible to receive standard treatments.
