A Study to Evaluate JAK Inhibitor Cream in EGFR-inhibitor-induced Skin Rash

Epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors (EGFRIs) are widely used targeted agents that have been approved for the treatment of various tumor types. In some clinical studies with EGFRIs, the incidence of dermatology AE, the skin rash, is reportedly as high as 95%, which profoundly impact the patients' quality of life. However no treament for onset skin rash has been approved to be effective by any clinical trial yet. Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor, has been approved for or studied in a variety of skin conditions such as alopecia areata, atopic dermatitis, and psoriasis. Thus the investigators intend to evaluate the efficacy and safety of JAK inhibitor cream for the treatment of EGFRIs-induced skin rash in cancer patients.

A Study to Assess the Effect of Food on HR20033 and Pharmacokinetic After Multiple Dose in Healthy Volunteers

According to the objective, the trial is constituted by two study groups: one is food effect assessment group, and another is multiple dose pharmacokinetic assessment group. The primary objective is to (1) assess the effect of a meal (light-fat) on the single-dose PK of SHR3824 and metformin administered in the HR20033 FDC tablet in healthy Chinese subjects; (2) to characterize the single-dose and steady-state PK of SHR3824 and metformin following administration of the HR20033 FDC tablet to healthy subjects in the fed state. The secondary objective is to assess in healthy Chinese subjects, the safety and tolerability of the SHR3824 and Metformin after single doses (administered in the fed and fasted states) and multiple doses (administered in the fed state) of the HR20033 FDC tablet.

The primary objective is to compare pembrolizumab plus paclitaxel with or without bevacizumab to placebo plus paclitaxel with or without bevacizumab, with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) 1.1 as assessed by the investigator. The hypotheses are that pembrolizumab plus paclitaxel with or without bevacizumab is superior to placebo plus paclitaxel with or without bevacizumab, with respect to PFS per RECIST 1.1 as assessed by the investigator for participants with programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) positive tumors (Combined Positive Score [CPS] ≥1) and that pembrolizumab plus paclitaxel with or without bevacizumab is superior to placebo plus paclitaxel with or without bevacizumab, with respect to PFS per RECIST 1.1 as assessed by the investigator for all participants.

Effect and Safety of Recombinant Human Adenovirus Type 5 in Advanced HCC With Stable Disease After Sorafenib Treatment

Sorafenib, as a first-line treatment for patients with advanced HCC, can significantly prolong the overall survival rate of patients. However, about 53-71% of patients showed stable disease (SD) after sorafenib treatment, and further studies to explore optimal therapy for these patients are still needed. Oncolytic viruses are a type of virus that can selectively replicate in tumor cells and then destroy tumor cells, of which recombinant human adenovirus type 5 (H101) is the first oncolytic virus drug which was approved in the world. Recent studies indicate that H101 shows anti-tumor effects on liver cancer and there may be a synergistic effect between recombinant human adenovirus type 5 and sorafenib in the inhabitation of hepatoma cells in vitro. This study aims to further verify the effect and safety of recombinant human adenovirus type 5 combined with sorafenib in the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma.

Prognostic Prediction of NPC Based on MR Diffusion-weighted Imaging

The purpose of this study is to explore whether the imaging model based on RESOLVE-DWI sequence can exploiting the heterogeneity of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and indicate the prognosis, so as to provide intervention information for clinical decision-making. All patients were randomly divided into the training group and the validation group. Radiomics features extracted from T2-weighted, DWI, apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC), and contrast- enhanced T1-weighted were used to build a radiomics model. Patients'clinical variables were also obtained to build a clinical model. Model of training cohort was established using cross-validation for nasopharyngeal carcinoma prognosis by machine learning, including Logistics Regression, SVM, KNN, Decision Tree, Random Forest, XGBoost, and then, the model will be verified in the validation cohort. Area under the curve (AUC) of the Machine learning model was used as the main evaluation metric.

The primary purpose of this study is to compare the changes of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) at different time points in rectal cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic or transanal endoscopic radical resection. Our secondary purpose is to explore the effects of perioperative circulating tumor cells on tumor recurrence and metastasis.
