Analysis of Next Generation PET and Liquid Biopsy to Monitor mCRPC Treated With Abiraterone: ANGELA Trial

Start date: July 15, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

By incorporating dual-tracer PET/CT (PSMA and FDG) and ctDNA, we aimed to evaluate lesion heterogeneity and genomic change of mCRPC patients receiving novel hormonal therapy. The relationship between treatment response and different molecular characterization, as well as imaging features would also be evaluated.

NCT ID: NCT05188885 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Kidney Disease

A Real World, Multi-centric, Observational Registry Study of Chronic Kidney Diseases

Start date: December 27, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) refers to a variety of different diseases characterized by impairment of kidney structure and/or renal function. The prevalence of CKD in China is as high as 10.8%. With a population of more than 150 million, China has the largest number of CKD patients all over the world. People with CKD would not only progress to uremia and need renal replace treatment, it also significantly increases risk of cardiovascular disease than non-CKD population. It has created a heavy burden on people's health and national economy. There is an urgent need to establish an effective system for CKD prevention and control in China. Evidences from large sample cohort and real world based research are still rare. This study will provide good experience for reducing the occurrence and development of CKD.

NCT ID: NCT05188872 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Positron-Emission Tomography

Application of 68Ga-Pentixafor PET/CT in Primary Aldosteronism and Pre-postoperative of SAAE

Start date: September 1, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Primary aldosteronism is the most common cause of secondary hypertension. The two main types of primary aldosteronism are aldosteronoma(30%) and adrenal hyperplasia(60%). The gold standard that determines the diagnosis and treatment strategy of primary aldosteronism is adrenal vein sampling(AVS), but the success rate is only about 80%. Using CXCR4 as a probe for 68Ga-Pentixafor PET/CT imaging can guide the classification diagnosis and treatment strategy of primary aldosteronism, which is a favorable supplement to AVS. Superselective adrenal artery embolization(SAAE) and laparoscopy are the main operation treatments for primary aldosteronism. SAAE is an invasive interventional operation. It is a novel way to evaluate the changes in the structure and function of adrenal tissue pre-postoperative SAAE by using the changes in 68Ga-Pentixafor PET/CT imaging.

NCT ID: NCT05188495 Recruiting - Clinical trials for HER2-positive Metastatic Breast Cancer

Trastuzumab(Henlius®) Combined With Pertuzumab(Perjeta®) and Chemotherapy in Chinese Patients With Her2-Positive Metastatic Breast Cancer Previously Treated With Trastuzumab

HELP
Start date: May 10, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Currently, data of the efficacy of trastuzumab plus pertuzumab and chemotherapy is limited in the HER2 positive metastatic breast cancer patients previously treated with trastuzumab during (neo)adjuvant and metastatic setting, and results are not consistent.The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the 6-month progression free survival(PFS) of trastuzumab(Henlius®) combined with Pertuzumab(Perjeta®) and Chemotherapy as first to third line therapy in Chinese patients with HER2 positive metastatic breast cancer who received trastuzumab previously.Primary Endpoint is 6-month Progression-free survival (PFS);Secondary Endpoint(s) include Progression-free survival (PFS) Overall Survival (OS);Objective Response Rate(ORR);

NCT ID: NCT05187975 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Post-stroke Depression

Integrated Rehabilitation in Treating Post-stroke Depression

IRTPD
Start date: January 24, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Post-stroke depression (PSD) is a common complication of stroke that leads to dysfunction and reduces the quality of life. PSD exacerbates cognitive dysfunction, delays the recovery process, and increases the disability, mortality and recurrence rates of stroke. Therefore, early clinical treatments for PSD are important to improve the prognosis and restore the social functions of stroke patients. Integrated rehabilitation has significant advantages in the treatment of PSD. First of all, there is a wide range of rehabilitation methods, such as acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, which have been proved to be effective for PSD. However, as the application of integrated rehabilitation becomes more and more widespread, its shortcomings are gradually emerging. For example, most of the treatment protocols used in clinical studies are based on personal experience of the investigators, a unified protocol has not yet been formed; treatment methods are still insufficient in standardization and reproducibility. More studies focus solely on the improvement of a certain symptom by a certain rehabilitation therapy, but ignore the important theoretical basis of the "holistic concept", thus showing the uneven clinical efficacy. For the above existing problems, it is necessary to conduct original and innovative research.
