Predictive Models of Treatment Responses and Survival Outcomes in Patients With Osteosarcoma

Start date: January 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The aim of this study was to developed and validated models to predict therapeutic responses and patients' survivals in patients with osteosarcoma and compared these models with currently available models.

NCT ID: NCT05194423 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Tricuspid Valve Regurgitation

THE TRAVEL II TRIAL: Transcatheter Right Atrial-ventricular Valve rEplacement With LuX-Valve Via Jugular Vein

Start date: March 1, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The trial aims to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of LuX-Valve transcatheter tricuspid valve and delivery system via jugular vein which are intended to use in symptomatic patients with severe tricuspid regurgitation and high surgical risk.

NCT ID: NCT05194189 Recruiting - Sepsis Clinical Trials

Clinical Efficacy of Megadose Vitamin C in Sepsis

CEMVIS
Start date: February 8, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

In this multicenter, randomized, single-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial. Patients will be randomly assigned to receive Vitamin C or placebo for 4 days or until ICU discharge (whatever come first). The primary outcome is 28-day all-cause mortality.

NCT ID: NCT05193786 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Noninvasive Ventilation

Low Versus High PEEP in Noninvasive Ventilation for Hypoxemic Respiratory Failure

Start date: January 1, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Current study aimed to explore the effect of high PEEP during noninvasive ventilation among hypoxemic patients with acute respiratory failure.

NCT ID: NCT05193188 Recruiting - Chondrosarcoma Clinical Trials

A Study of Anlotinib Combined With or Without PD-1 Antibody on Unresectable High-grade Chondrosarcoma

Start date: February 6, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

There is no standard treatment for chondrosarcoma. Some small sample of studies has shown that anti-angiogenic TKIs show certain activity in the treatment of chondrosarcoma. PD-1 inhibitors, in recent years, have also been used in clinical practice and showed good efficacy. We intend to explore the response of chondrosarcoma to PD-1 monoclonal antibody and the influence of different IDH genotypes on PD-1 monoclonal antibody response.

NCT ID: NCT05193162 Recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

Retrospective Study on Microbial Diversity in Paraffin Tissue of Pancreatic Diseases

Start date: February 1, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The great harm of pancreatic diseases and the unknown etiology and pathogenesis make it difficult to intervene in most early cases in time. Previous studies by scholars and applicants at home and abroad have shown that the microflora in pancreatic tissue is closely related to chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer. However, the research on the mechanism of microbial diversity in pancreatic tissue and the occurrence and development of various pancreatic diseases has not been reported. Based on the previous research, this subject continues to take various pancreatic diseases as the research object based on the database of pancreatic center and pathology department of Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University, To explore the characteristics of microbial flora in pancreas in different pancreatic diseases and its mechanism of influence on disease microenvironment. Select specific microbial flora or targets in the pancreas for various pancreatic diseases, so as to provide new theoretical basis and practical guidance for the early diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic diseases.

NCT ID: NCT05193071 Recruiting - Ischemic Stroke Clinical Trials

Early Antiplatelet for Minor Stroke Following Thrombolysis (EAST)

Start date: July 8, 2022
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

The current guideline recommends to give antithrombotic treatment 24 hours after intravenous thrombolysis in acute ischemic stroke. However, early neurological deterioration will occur in some patients due to no antithrombotic treatment, which is closely associated with poor outcome. The current trial aims to investigate the effectiveness and safety of early antithrombotic treatment after intravenous thrombolysis in minor stroke.
