There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This study was a single-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study divided into a Single Ascending Dose (SAD) stage and a Multiple Ascending Dose (MAD) stage. The primary objective was to evaluate the safety and tolerability of KH607 tablets in Chinese healthy volunteers.
A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled phase 2 clinical study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of HS-10384 in postmenopausal women suffering from vasomotor symptoms.
AD patients who met the inclusion criteria in the encephalopathy clinic and treatment area of the Third Clinical Hospital Affiliated to Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to December 2023 were collected and randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine experimental group and western medicine control group. The experimental group was treated with Jiedu Yizhi Formula, and the control group was treated with Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets ( trade name : Aricept ). The two groups were given AD cognitive behavior training and health education at the same time. The course of treatment was 24 weeks. The Western medicine scale was measured before treatment, 12 weeks after treatment and 24 weeks after treatment to evaluate the effect of drugs on cognitive function and daily living ability.
The issue of therapy after PD-1 inhibitor failure is unresolved in classic Hodgkin lymphoma. Preliminary clinical observations have shown that patients might benefit from Chidamide+Decitabine plus anti-PD-1 antibody. This open-label, randomized, phase 2 study aims to evaluate the efficacy of Chidamide+Decitabine plus anti-PD-1 and the standard of care, which includes anti-PD-1 antibody, in patients with classical Hodgkin lymphoma who have experienced failure with PD-1 inhibitor. The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the 12-month progression-free survival rates.
A Study of Metabolically Armed CD19 CAR-T Cells Therapy for Patients With Relapsed and/or Refractory CD19-positive B cell Hematological Malignancies
The goal of this prospective randomized controlled trial is to explore the efficacy and safety of Oscillation and Lung Expansion-a airway clearance technology-in bronchiectasis. Participants will receive Oscillation and Lung Expansion or postural drainage randomly in this study. and the symptom, quality of life scores and amount of expectoration will be compared between the two groups.
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if a theory-based home-based multi-component exercise training works to prevent sarcopenia in older adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It will also learn about the safety of the theory-based home-based multi-component exercise training. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Whether a 12-week theory-based home-based MCE program is effective in decreasing the risk of developing sarcopenia, as well as improving physical activity, glycaemic control, muscle mass, muscle strength, physical performance, cognitive function, depressive mood, and quality of life among the Chinese community-dwelling older patients with T2DM. - What are the underlying mechanisms of the exercise intervention. Researchers will compare the MCE program to a waiting list control group to see if the MCE program works to prevent sarcopenia. Participants will: · Take a MCE program or a waiting list for 6 months
Bell's palsy itself has a certain self-healing tendency. Therefore, it is recommended to leave a bit of Bell's palsy for self-recovery without treatment. If complete recovery is achieved after treatment, complications such as stiffness, contracture and even hemifacial inversion may occur as time moves. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the optimal end time of acupuncture for facial paralysis.
Monitoring airway pressure is essential for patients with mechanical ventilation. However, static airway pressure does not reflect alveolar pressure at all. Airway pressure is supposed to completely interrupt the communication between proximal airway opening and the distal alveolar and/or small airway structures. In this condition, some alveoli may still be inflated but do not communicate with proximal airways and auto-PEEP will give a biased estimated of mean alveolar pressure. To be note, distinguishing the airway closure and alveolar collapse can be challenging at times. The quasi-static PV curve is a useful bedside tool to set mechanical ventilation, which may help us to identify the airway closure and alveolar collapse. Meanwhile, the quasi-static PV curve can only reflects a global behaviour of the lung, while EIT may be a useful tool to assess the regional information on airway closure and alveolar collapse.
It is a single arm, open-label, multicenter, phase II cinical trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the Sequential AG and mFOLFOX in Combination With Serplulimab Injection and Bevacizumab Injection in first-line treatment of patients with Advanced or Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer.
