This is a multi-center, randomized, double-blind, Placebo-controlled Phase III clinical study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Plecanatide in the treatment of Functional Constipation in Chinese patients for up to 12 weeks. Patients will enter a Screening period which must undergo a 2-week Pre-Treatment assessment, they will complete daily assessments of electronic dairy to demonstrate the eligibility. Eligible subjects will be randomized into Plecanatide 3 mg group or Placebo group at Visit 1 at the ratio of 1:1 and take an oral dose of study treatment continuously for 12 weeks. For 2 weeks after complete dosing patients will continue to complete daily electronic dairy. Patients will then return to the clinical site for efficacy and safety assessment as part of an End of Study visit. The planned duration of participation in this study will be 154 days and up to 164 days with all windows considered.
This study is a multicenter, randomized, double-Blind Phase III Study to compare the clinical efficacy and safety of KN046 plus gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel versus placebo plus gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel in subjects with advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma who have not previously received systemic treatment.

Study Purpose and Design:A Multicenter, Open-label, Exploratory Phase II Clinical Study to Evaluate the Safety and Tolerability and Preliminary Efficacy of TJ107 in Combination with Pembrolizumab Injection in Patients with Locally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors
Two groups of subjects will be included 55 subjects in electroacupuncture with 2Hz group, 55 subjects in the electroacupuncture with 100Hz group. The clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture with different frequencies (2 Hz, 100 Hz) in the treatment of MDD will be observed by evaluation indicators, such as Self-rating depression scale and Hamilton depression scale.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate zilovertamab vedotin with respect to objective response rate and duration of response per Lugano Response Criteria as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR). Safety and tolerability will also be evaluated in this Phase 2, single arm, interventional study.
Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is one of the most aggressive blood cancers, with a very low survival rate and few options for participants who are unable to undergo intensive chemotherapy, the current standard of care. This study is to evaluate how safe the combination of azacitidine and venetoclax is and how effective the combination of azacitidine and venetoclax is in adult participants with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), in China. Adverse events and change in disease state will be assessed. The combination of azacitidine and venetoclax is being evaluated in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Participants will receive azacitidine with increasing doses of venetoclax. Adult participants with a diagnosis of AML will be enrolled. Around 40 participants will be enrolled in the study in approximately 30 sites in China. At cycle 1 during ramp-up period, participants will receive venetoclax oral tablets once daily in increasing doses until the study dose is achieved on day 3. Then ventoclax oral tablets will continue once daily thereafter. Azacitidine will be given by subcutaneous injection (SC) for 7 days beginning on Day 1 of each 28-day cycle. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, and checking for side effects.
This is a single arm, open phase II study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tislelizumab combined with cetuximab + irinotecan in the treatment of Ras wild-type recurrent and refractory colorectal cancer. This study will include Ras wild-type colorectal cancer that failed at least second-line treatment in the past, including chemotherapy (oxaliplatin, irinotecan, fluorouracil) with or without targeted drugs (cetuximab, bevacizumab). 33 patients were planned to be treated with tislelizumab combined with cetuximab + irinotecan every 2 weeks. The enrollment time is expected to be 12 months and the follow-up is 24 months.
This study will be a placebo-controlled, double-blind, randomized, phase 3 study in participants with underlying heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH) and/or ASCVD to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of obicetrapib as an adjunct to diet and maximally tolerated lipid-lowering therapy
