There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is a multicenter, open-label, phase Ia study to evaluate the safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy of ILB2109, a A2a receptor antagonist, in patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid malignancies.
This study seeks to compare the standard unprotected PICC with the AGBA PICC for placement success, incidence of venous thrombosis through duplex ultrasound, observing for signs and symptoms of thrombotic occlusion and recording treatment response when diagnosed by sluggish fluid flow, inability to aspirate blood and or difficulty/inability to infuse via a lumen or lumens of the catheter. The incidence of catheter-related bloodstream infection will also be tracked during the study.
This is a phase I/II, open-label, multi-center, first-in-human study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK) and preliminary anti-tumor activity of SY-5007 administered orally to participants with advanced solid tumors, including RET Fusion-Positive NSCLC or RET-mutated MTC or other RET-altered advanced solid tumor.
This is a multicenter, randomized, controlled, phase II study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tislelizumab combined with cetuximab and irinotecan(group A) compared to third-line regimens selected by researchers(group B) in the treatment of Ras wild-type recurrent and refractory metastatic colorectal cancer. This study will include Ras wild-type colorectal cancer that failed at least second-line treatment inthe past, including chemotherapy (oxaliplatin, irinotecan, fluorouracil) with or without targeted drugs (cetuximab, bevacizumab). 87 patients will be randomly assigned to group A and group B according to 2:1. The enrollment time is expected to be 12 months and the follow-up is expected to be 24 months.
This study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of JMT103 in the treatment of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis.
The purpose of this study is to id transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) and molecular targeted therapies in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) .
To analyze factors contributing to the development and prognosis of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction.
An Evaluation Trial About Anti-claudin18.2 the Specificity of Chimeric Antigen Receptor T Cells in the Advanced Gastric / Esophagogastric Junction Adenocarcinoma and Pancreatic Cancer Subjects. To evaluate the tolerability and safety of different doses of HEC-016 CAR-T cell injections in patients with advanced gastric / esophagogastric junction adenocarcinoma and pancreatic cancer, to observe dose limiting toxicity (DLT), to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and to recommend the regimen for subsequent clinical trials.
Using a multi-center, large sample, randomized, controlled and blind clinical trial to evaluate the effect of thumbtack needle on ovarian function of patients with diminished ovarian reserve (DOR).
The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility, safety, and efficacy of a combination therapy in the treatment of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL): multi-antigen-targeted chimeric antigen receptor T cells (CAR-T) followed by engineered immune effector cytotoxic T cells (CTLs) and immune modified dendritic cell vaccine (DCvac). This approach is aimed to achieve NGS MRD negativity in T-ALL patients, which can identify a very low risk of relapse and define patients with possible long-term remission without further treatment.
