There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This trial will explore the maximum tolerated dose (MTD)of NKG2D CAR-NK cells in the treatment of platinum-resistant, relapsed epithelial ovarian cancer in a dose-escalation manner, and observe the clinical safety and efficacy.
This study will be intented to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and engraftment efficacy after myeloablative preconditioning and transplantation of autologous CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells transduced with a lentiviral vector encoding the human βA-T87Q-globin gene in patients with transfusion-dependent (TDT) β-thalassemia.
The investigational drug, ZB001 is a humanized IgG1κ monoclonal antibody targeting human IGF-1R. The study is designed to evaluate the efficacy, safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics(PK)/pharmacodynamics (PD) profile of ZB001 in Chinese patients with Thyroid Eye Disease.
Pregnancy is a critical period for cardiovascular health risk assessment and interventions to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular disease in both mother and child generations. Recently, the American Heart Association proposed the latest cardiovascular health assessment indicator "Life's Essential 8". However, there is still a lack of application data for pregnant women. This project intends to explore the application potential of Life's Essential 8 in cardiovascular health assessment of pregnant women and establish appropriate gestaional cardiovascular health standards.
To explore the safety, efficacy and pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of triweekly cetuximab in combination with capecitabine as first-line maintenance treatment for KRAS/BRAF wild-type metastatic colorectal cancer: a single-arm, a single-center, Phase 1b trial. Meanwhile, Exploring the maximum tolerant dose or recommended II research dose of triweekly cetuximab combined with a fixed dose of capecitabine using '3+3' dose climbing Phase I experiment.
This trial is an open, phase II clinical study. The study is divided into two parts: A and B, and the part A evaluate the safety and tolerability of AZD4547 combined with Tislelizumab in patients with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer, determine the recommended dose of midoral AZD4547 combined with Tislelizumab in a Chinese patient population. Part B study will evaluate the efficacy of this recommended dose combined with Tislelizumab in patients with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer with FGFR2 / 3 alterations , and will also further evaluate the safety, tolerability, and PK and PD characteristics of AZD4547 in combination with Tislelizumab.
This is a prospective clinical cohort study of depression. The study was intended to include 300 patients with depression and 100 healthy controls. The study consisted of two phases: the baseline period and the follow-up period, in which all subjects were comprehensively collected, and the follow-up period in which all subjects were followed up at least once a year and data were collected. For patients with major depressive disorder, the follow-up methods included fixed visit and planned visit, and the follow-up time point covered the whole course of depressive disease(baseline, 2nd weekend±7days, 6th weekend±14days, 8th weekend±14days, 12th weekend±14days, Week 14-104 Every 4 weekends ± 14 days). Based on standardized, multi-strategy follow-up system and mobile health technology, long-term follow-up of patients with major depressive disorder was realized, and key nodes of patients' disease fluctuations were captured in time. High quality multidimensional data were collected, including demographic, clinical, EEG and eye movement data. Finally, the objective index system of depression was constructed, and the diagnosis, efficacy/recurrence prediction and suicide warning models of depression were established.
This is a clinical trial from Eastern Cooperative Thoracic Oncology Project (ECTOP), numbered as ECTOP-1013. The purpose of this neoadjuvant and adjuvant study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Serplulimab and chemotherapy in treating resectable Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer(NSCLC).
The efficacy and safety of L-DEP (PEG-aspargase, liposomal doxorubicin, etoposide, and methylprednisolone) regimen combined with PD-1 Antibody an induction therapy for Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-positive lymphoma-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis.
This study is based on the hypothesis that the pharmacokinetics of fluconazole in newborns and children are different from adults. We aim to study the population pharmacokinetics of newborns and children receiving the fluconazole for treatment of infectious diseases. In this study, we will detect fluconazole concentration in plasma by using residual blood samples of blood gas analysis and other clinical tests and employ computers for constructing population pharmacokinetic models. In addition, we also want to correlate use of fluconazole with treatment effectiveness and incidence of adverse effects in newborns and children. This novel knowledge will allow better and more rational approaches to the treatment of infectious diseases in newborns and children. It will also set the foundation for further studies to improve fluconazole therapies for newborns and children.
