There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
A phase II, single-arm, open-label study evaluating efficacy, safety and feasibility of combined chemotherapy and pembrolizumab as first line therapy and Osimertinib as second line therapy in advanced non squamous NSCLC adult patients with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) exon 21 point mutation and programmed cell death receptor ligand 1 (PD-L1) positive.
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Relmacabtagene Autoleucel in the treatment of adult patients with hematologic malignancies in real-world
This study aims to analyze changes in the immune status, metabolic status, and host microbiome community structure in non-valvular atrial fibrillation patients with intracardiac thrombus. Additionally, the study aims to analyze factors that influence the responsiveness and occurrence of adverse events related to anticoagulant therapy.
This IMPROVE trial plans to enroll 648 patients who are diagnosed with coronary artery disease and are going to take off-pump CABG in five centers in China, to access whether RIC can and improve short-term prognosis.
The treatment regimen of lenvatinib combined with PD1 antibody has brought earth shaking changes to the immunotherapy of various "cold tumors". This is a phase Ib/IIa clinical trial to investigate the efficacy and safety of Lenvatinib combined with Sindilimab and Nab-paclitaxel in the first-line treatment for recurrent and metastatic triple negative breast cancer.
This project is a single center, randomized, controlled clinical trial evaluating the effects of DAO enzyme dietary supplement on symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. These participants are randomized to either a 4-week group with DAO enzyme dietary supplement or placebo. The participants are required to fill out IBS-SSS and IBS-QOL questionnaires and record their IBS symptom improvement, IBS treatment drug use, compliance and adverse reactions every evening. At the same time, the patients' diet is continuously recorded for 3 days by 24-hour diet review method in Visit 0, Visit 1 and Visit 2, respectively, to inform the patients to avoid large fluctuations in diet structure. On days 0, 14 and 28, the subjects are asked to visit the hospital offline. The staff check with the subjects in detail according to the scale and questionnaire contents, and review the general situation and questionnaire in the previous 2 weeks. On the 7th and 21st day, the staff contact the subjects online to provide guidance and remind the subjects to fill in the scale and questionnaire. In addition, oral mucosal samples, urine and feces will be collected for identifying mutations in the genetic DAO enzyme coding gene, histamine detection and 16sRNA sequencing, respectively.
This is a randomized, open, parallel, single center phase I clinical trial to evaluate the impact of food on the pharmacokinetics of TQB3454 tablets in healthy adult subjects. The aim is to evaluate the impact of food on the pharmacokinetics as well as the safety after single dose of TQB3454 tablets taken orally by Chinese healthy adult subjects, with pharmacokinetic indicators as the primary endpoint.
In today's medical field, there is a growing emphasis on the development of functional and molecular imaging. Therefore, it has significant technical limitations. To address this issue, this project aims to develop a high-speed multimodal photoacoustic/ultrasound functional imaging system that provides both structural and functional information of tissue and organs, thus enhancing the accuracy of early screening and diagnosis of neonatal cranial lesions. This imaging technology is entirely non-invasive and does not involve ionizing radiation or contrast agents. Products using the same technology have already received FDA approval and entered clinical use in the United States. We develop a new generation of multimodal photoacoustic/ultrasound functional imaging equipment to reveal the physiological characteristics and structural details of neonatal cranial lesions, offering advantages and complementary information compared to traditional medical imaging methods.
This is a phase Ib/II, open-label, multicenter study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary efficacy of JS015 combination therapy in patients with advanced solid tumors. The Recommended dose for phase II trial (RP2D) will be determined based on the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and efficacy.
This is a multi-center, open, prospective cohort study that aims to investigate the immunogenicity and immune persistence of two different domestically produced bivalent HPV vaccines compared with an imported HPV vaccine in women aged 13-14 years. A total of 3,000 subjects who have completed 2 doses of the domestic bivalent HPV vaccine and 3 doses of the imported HPV vaccine will be recruited from Fujian Maternal and Child Health Hospital as the initiator of the study, and will be recruited from a number of healthcare institutions nationwide. Of these, 1,000 subjects were vaccinated with the domestic bivalent HPV vaccine (Wozehui), 1,000 subjects were vaccinated with the domestic bivalent HPV vaccine (Cecolin), and 1,000 subjects were vaccinated with the imported HPV vaccine. Each subject was enrolled within 30-60 days after the last dose of domestic bivalent HPV vaccine or imported HPV vaccine, and a total of two follow-up visits were conducted 12 months (window period ± 1 month) and 36 months (window period ± 1 month) after the last dose of domestic bivalent HPV vaccine or imported HPV vaccine. In response to the WHO Cervical Cancer Elimination Strategy, domestic bivalent HPV vaccine has been offered free of charge to adolescent females aged 13-14 years, but there is still a lack of evidence comparing the antibody titer levels of domestic HPV vaccine and imported HPV vaccine in younger females. Therefore, we conducted the present immunogenicity study to explore the immunogenicity and immune persistence after vaccination with domestic bivalent HPV vaccine versus imported HPV vaccine in this age group of females.
