NCT ID: NCT05420467 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study for the Adjuvant Treatment of Breast Cancer

Start date: July 10, 2022
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

Studies on postoperative adjuvant albumin paclitaxel in domestic breast cancer patients are less reported, especially in large samples, and more studies focus more on the safety and tolerability of albumin paclitaxel use. Head-to-head studies of white violet and docetaxel are not supported by data at this time, but some studies have shown that docetaxel-induced long-term Other adverse effects such as myelosuppression, hepatotoxicity and hypersensitivity reactions can have a serious impact on quality of life. Therefore, this study aims to analyse the efficacy and safety of albumin paclitaxel and docetaxel in the adjuvant treatment of breast cancer in a large randomized controlled trial, and to further analyse the efficacy and safety of albumin paclitaxel in combination with chemotherapy for postoperative breast cancer in different subtypes of breast cancer patients, in order to obtain more realistic data and provide new treatment options for breast cancer patients.

NCT ID: NCT05420454 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study for the Neoadjuvant Treatment of Breast Cancer

Start date: July 10, 2022
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

Due to the unique advantages of albumin-bound paclitaxel, several studies in China and abroad have tried to use albumin-bound paclitaxel for neoadjuvant treatment of breast cancer up to now. However, comparative studies between paclitaxel and docetaxel are still rare, In this study, a prospective, randomized, open-label, multi-center clinical study was conducted to analyse the efficacy and safety of albumin-bound paclitaxel and docetaxel in the neoadjuvant treatment of breast cancer, and to further analyse the efficacy and safety of albumin paclitaxel in combination with chemotherapy for postoperative breast cancer in different subtypes of breast cancer patients, in order to obtain more realistic data and provide new treatment options for breast cancer patients.

NCT ID: NCT05420324 Recruiting - Mucosal Melanoma Clinical Trials

A Study to Assess YH003 in Combination With Pebolizumab and Albumin Paclitaxel Injection in Subjects With Unresectable/Metastatic Mucosal Melanoma

Start date: June 13, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is a multicenter, single-arm, open-label phase II study to assess the efficacy and safety of YH003 in combination with pembrolizumab and nab-paclitaxel in the first-line treatment of patients with unresectable/metastatic mucosal melanoma.

NCT ID: NCT05420246 Recruiting - HIV/AIDS Clinical Trials

Efficacy and Safety of Ainuovirine Treating With AIDS Patients

ESATA
Start date: May 1, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Ainuovirine is the third generation of non nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors(NNRTIs), for the treatment of HIV-1 infected adults. The existing clinical studies show that Ainuovirine is safe and potent, it solves the problem from the first-generation NNRTIs such as Efavirenz with large side effects and the second-generation like Rilpivirine not suitable for high viral load, but there are no relevant data or reports on the efficacy and safety of Ainuovirine in HIV-infected patients in China so far. This project aims to explore the efficacy and safety of ART regimens containing Ainuovirine for HIV-infected patients in real clinical environment, in further to guide clinical application.

NCT ID: NCT05420220 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Study of KN046 in Subjects With Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: July 15, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is an open-label, multi-center, Phase 2 study in subjects with treatment-naïve locally advanced (unresectable and unable to receive radical chemoradiotherapy) or metastatic PD-L1-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have received systemic therapy.

NCT ID: NCT05419674 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Helicobacter Pylori Infection

Efficacy and Safety of Dual Therapy as First-line Treatment for Hp Infection

Start date: August 1, 2022
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of dual therapy compared with bismuth-containing quadruple therapy as first-line treatment for Helicobacter Pylori eradication, as well as the safety and economic benefits.

NCT ID: NCT05419193 Recruiting - Stroke Clinical Trials

PROpranolol for Cerebral Hemorrhage-ASsociated pnEumonia (PRO-CHASE)

PRO-CHASE
Start date: February 21, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Stroke-associated pneumonia (SAP) is a grave complication of stroke and one of the most important predictors for patients' poor outcomes. Stroke associated pneumoniaSAP and other infections limited the overall efficacy of stroke management. Increasing evidence suggests that sympathetic nervous system activity contributes to post post-stroke immunosuppression and emergence of infections. This study is designed to test the safety and efficacy of an adrenergic β receptor blocker propranolol in reducing SAP in hemorrhagic stroke patients, in a multi-center, randomized, open-labeled, end point-blinded, trial.

NCT ID: NCT05419141 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Pelvic and Groin Areas Biopsy

Accuracy of Coplanar Template Assistance for Pelvic and Groin Areas Biopsy

Start date: June 20, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

In recent years, template guidance has been applied and developed in the field of puncture related operations, such as template-assisted radioactive seed implantation. With the guidance of template, needle pathway of seed implantation, biopsy and fiducial marker implantation can be precisely planned , which is conducive to accurate proceeding. Templates can be divided into coplanar templates and non-coplanar templates. The digital coplanar template coordinate puncture system has been developed in China and has been applied in clinical practice. In our previous studies, coplanar template assisted CT-guided radioactive seed implantation has good clinical feasibility for percutaneous biopsy of small pulmonary nodules. However, the accuracy of coplanar template assistance for abdominal tumor puncture are lacking in prospective studies. The study aims to prospectively observe the accuracy and safety of coplanar template assisted CT-guided Pelvic and Groin Areas biopsy.
