The mild/moderate AIS patients will be recruited through screening of 250,000 primary and secondary school students in Haikou, Hainan Province. The patients will be treated with different non-surgical interventions (exercise intervention or brace intervention) according to the physician's recommendations and the patient's intention. Patients will be followed up for 36 months to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of non-surgical interventions in the real world.

Application Research on Endoscopic Pseudocapsule-Based Resection for Pituitary Adenomas

Pituitary adenomas are one of the most common primary central nervous system tumors and have an estimated prevalence of 17%. Management of pituitary adenomas involves a multidisciplinary approach that can incorporate surgical, medical, and/or radiation therapies. Over the last two decades, the endoscopic endonasal approach (EEA) has been extensively developed and refined for the resection of pituitary adenomas (PAs). In recent years, extracapsular resection (ER), which emphasized the importance of the pseudocapsule between the adenoma and surrounding normal gland tissue as a surgical plane, was adopted for more radical resection of the tumor. Therefore, dedicated high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) protocols have been proposed to detect pituitary adenoma and accurately guide surgical removal. The evaluation of preoperative imaging for pseudocapsule is very important to the surgical method. Depending on different tumor sizes and pseudocapsule development, investigators adopted different resection strategies. To accomplish complete PA removal and minimize the impact on pituitary functions, intraoperative navigation was used to identify the tumor pseudocapsule, also the suspicious tissue was sent to the pathology department for histopathology intraoperatively. Long-term postoperative follow-up imaging and endocrine data were used to evaluate tumor prognosis. Standardized management and established biobank is critical for pituitary adenomas.

ChiCGB vs BEAM in High-risk or R/R Lymphomas

High-dose chemotherapy (HDT) with autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) plays a vital role in treating high-risked or relapsed/refractory lymphoma. Our previous study showed chidamide combined with cladribine, gemcitabine, and busulfan (ChiCGB) as conditioning therapy improved the survival of these patients. So we designed this trial to verify if ChiCGB were better than BCNU, etoposide, cytarabine, and melphalan (BEAM). Patients with diffuse large B cell or extra-nodal NK/T cell Lymphoma who consent to this study will be randomized into the trial group who receive ChiCGB or the control group whom receive BEAM. Patients will be followed for up to 2 years after the hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT).

The Use of Eltrombopag Post HSCT in BMFS

Bone marrow failure disease(BMFD) is a kind of bone marrow due to congenital or acquired hematopoietic stem cells (hemopoietic stem cell, HSC) function damage. Allogenic hemopoietic stem cell transplantation (Allo-HSCT) might be the most possible treatment to cure the disease.However, 5-26% of patients have been reported to have delayed platelet engraftment (DPE), which is defined as persistent severe thrombocytopenia (<20 × 109/L) for >35 days after transplantation . To date, no standard treatment and prevention has been recommended for DPE. In patients with DPE, the amount of transfusion, the increased risk of infection, and the prolonged average hospital stay were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of allo-HSCT patients. Due to continuous and progressive failure in the bone marrow hematopoiesis, thrombocytopenia post HSCT is more common in BMFD patients and often achieves low response to conventional therapy, such as platelet transfusion. Therefore, it is of great significance to effectively promote hematopoietic reconstruction to improve the prognosis of transplant patients.

Efficacy and Safety of Furmonertinib in Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic NSCLC With EGFR Exon 20 Insertion

This is a Phase 2, Multicenter, Open-Label Study to Assess the Efficacy and Safety of Furmonertinib in Patients with Locally Advanced or Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) with Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) Exon 20 Insertion Mutations. The study plans to enroll approximately 100 patients from approximately 70 sites. Patients are locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with EGFR exon 20 insertions who have progressed during or after platinum-based chemotherapy. Furmonertinib Mesilate will be treated 240 mg QD until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Primary endpoint is ORR. Secondary endpoints include DOR, DCR, DepOR, PFS, OS, CNS ORR, CNS DOR, CNS PFS, safety and the PK profile of Furmonertinib Mesilate and its metabolites (AST5902).

Safety and Efficacy of TAF to Prevent MTCT of HBV in Middle/Late Pregnancies With High HBV DNA Load

Mother-to-child transmission (MTCT) is still the main transmission route of HBV in high-endemic areas, such as China, sub-Saharan Africa, etc. Some infants born of mothers with high HBV DNA load (≥2×10^5 IU/ml) are still infected with HBV even if these infants receive the combined immunization on time. Therefore, guidelines including AASLD and EASL recommend that pregnant women with high HBV DNA load should take antiviral drugs (tenofovir disoproxil fumarate or telbivudine) to reduce MTCT of HBV from gestation 24-28 weeks. However, side effects of TDF on infants are reported. For example, neutropenia and the decrease of bone mineral density are found in early age infants who are ever exposed to TDF during their fetal life. Tenofovir alafenamide (TAF), a new prodrug of tenofovir (TFV), has a higher antiviral potency, a higher peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) intracellular tenofovir diphosphate (TFV pp) level and a lower plasma TFV concentration. As the successor of TDF, the dose of TAF that is took orally every day is approximately 1/10 of TDF. TAF has a much lower risk of kidney toxicity and has almost no effect on the bone mineral density. TAF has been approved and recommended as the first-line drug to treat patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) by AASLD, EASL, etc. However, there are relatively few data of TAF on pregnancies with high HBV DNA load. It is urgently to clarify the safety and efficacy of TAF on interrupting MTCT of HBV in pregnancies with high HBV DNA load. In the present study, the investigators enroll middle/late pregnancies with high HBV DNA load(≥2×10^5 IU/ml). The participants are randomly divided into two groups. Then the participants are treated with TAF or TDF respectively. All enrolled participants are followed-up for 2 years. Objectives of the present study are as follows: A. To clarify safety and efficacy of TAF on interrupting MTCT of HBV in middle/late pregnancies with high HBV DNA load. B. To clarify effects of TAF on obstetric complications in middle/late pregnancies with CHB. C. To clarify effects of TAF on birth defects of infants born in mothers with CHB. D. To clarify the change of virology and biochemistry indexes in women with CHB during pregnancy and postpartum. E. To clarify effects of TAF treatment on participants. F. To clarify growth parameters of the infants exposed to TAF during their fetal life. G. To clarify the pharmacokinetics of TAF in pregnant populations.
