There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Sepsis is defined as a life-threatening organ dysfunction that is caused by a dysregulated host response to infection. Severe sepsis is the most common cause of death among critically ill patients in non-coronary intensive care units (ICU). Sustained excessive inflammation and immune dysfunction have been confirmed to play a key role in organ damage and early death of sepsis patients. Therefore, it is important to reduce excessive inflammatory response mediated by immune cells and pro-inflammatory cytokines in the acute phase of sepsis. Single-cell RNA sequencing performed on both septic patients and mice suggest that changes in Tcm (CD3+ CD8+ CD44+ CD127+ CD62L+) and Tem (CD3+ CD8+ CD44+ CD127+ CD62L -) in the acute phase of sepsis may play an important role in sepsis. In addition, animal researches showed that Tcm and Tem decreased decreased continuously at 24, 48 and 72h after cecal ligation and perforation (CLP) in mice, and the adoptive transfer of Tcm , sorting from spleen of mice 24h after CLP , but not Tem improved 7-day survival rate of sepsis mice. This observational study is aimed to investigate the quantity and proliferation of Tcm and Tem in the acute phase of sepsis and their correlation with severity level and mortality of septic patients in ICU.
Background: Fiber bronchoscopy is a routine operation in intensive care unit (ICU), but it may cause local collapse of the lung. Recruitment maneuver (RM) after fiber bronchoscopy may have the potential to restore functional residual air volume and increase lung volume. However, there is still a lack of quantitative indicators to evaluate the effect of recruitment maneuver. With electrical impedance tomography (EIT), we can monitor lung ventilation in real time to understand the situation of lung ventilation. Objective: To evaluate whether recruitment maneuver after fiber bronchoscopy can improve lung volume and improve lung ventilation, and which people are most likely to benefit from it, by monitoring the end expiratory pulmonary impedance of critically ill patients undergoing bedside fiber bronchoscopy to monitor the lung ventilation before and after the operation and before and after recruitment maneuver. Study Design: A prospective observational study was conducted to monitor the end expiratory lung impedance (EELI), tidal impedance variable (TIV), global inhomogeneity (GI) index and Center of Ventilation (CoV) before and after bronchoscopy and recruitment maneuver, and then to understand the changes of lung volume and ventilation.
Most of patients with acute myeloid leukemia achieved complete remission (CR) after primary induction chemotherapy, there were 20-30% patients without CR after first-induction. It was uncertain how to treat these patients. It was investigated in our study that these patients were re-induced with CLAG Regimen. The CR ratio, overall survival (OS) and relapsed-free survival (RFS) was statistically analysed in these patients.
Exploration of a novel rbcDNA liquid biopsy technique for early detection of colorectal cancer is a promising development in the field of disease diagnosis and screening. This technique has the potential to establish an efficient and sensitive system for the early detection of colorectal cancer, which can provide a new perspective for individual health monitoring.
This study aims to investigate the safety and efficacy of transarterial chenmoembolization(TACE) combined with microspheres for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).
The primary objective of this study is to determine the effect of food in healthy participants on the bioavailability of JAB-21822 following single dose administration with and without a meal
A multicenter, single-arm, phase 2 study of mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposome injection in patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
The goal of this clinical trial is to assessing the safety and tolerability of XKDCT080 cells against recurrent or refractory solid tumors with GCC positivity. This experiment proposes to enroll 9-18 patients, the experimental drug is a chimeric antigen receptor T cell preparation targeting GCC. Secondary purpose of the study 1. Evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of XKDCT080 cells after intravenous infusion into GCC-positive patients with recurrent or refractory solid tumors; 2. Preliminary Evaluation of the Effectiveness of XKDCT080 Cells in Patients with Recurrent or Refractory Solid Tumors Positive for GCC; 3. Explore the relationship between cytokines and therapeutic efficacy in patients with recurrent or refractory solid tumors who are positive for GCC after intravenous infusion of XKDCT080 cells.
Noninvasive pressure-strain loop (PSL) derived myocardial work (MW) are more sensitive than conventional echocardiographic parameters in quantitative assessment of early myocardial dysfunction. The aim of this study was to assess left ventricular (LV) myocardial function in symptomatic patients with coronary artery disease using the promising method. Methods: Transthoracic echocardiography was performed on patients with angina or equivalent symptoms before coronary angiography. Images were stored and imported into the software for further offline analysis of PSL-based MW. MW analysis were carried out on each patient for global and regional myocardial function assessment.
This is A prospective, randomized, placebo-controlled, reestimable adaptive clinical study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of perioperative application of sivelestat sodium to shorten the duration of postoperative invasive mechanical ventilation in acute type A aortic dissection patients with preoperative moderate and severe hypoxemia (PaO2/FiO2≤200mmHg).
