There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The main objective of the study is to observe changes in the subjects' sleep quality, skin condition and life status after 4 weeks of using a sleep aid drink (AOXMED Poria γ-aminobutyric acid drink). This is a single-center, randomized, double-blind, controlled, 4-week (28-day) clinical study conducted in Chinese healthy women aged 25-55 years old who were offered a sleep aid drink.
This study is designed to explore the efficacy and safety of surufatinib combined with gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel as peri-operative treatment in locally advanced or borderline resectable pancreatic cancer.
The primary purpose of this study is to confirm the clinical efficacy and mechanism of action of GV-971, and identify incidence of known adverse reactions in long-term use and observe new adverse reactions, providing more guidance for clinical use.
Atherosclerosis and diabetes are related to coronary artery disease and peripheral artery disease. The mechanisms are related to increased reactive oxygen species (ROS) formation and inflammatory cytokine secretion. However, simply using antioxidant or anti-inflammatory therapies has no optimal outcomes. On the other hand, N-acetylcysteine (NAC) which has both antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects could effectively attenuate ROS production and reduce vascular inflammation. Hence, we will investigate the effect of NAC treatment on the outcomes in patients with advanced atherosclerotic heart diseases and patients with diabetes combined with significant peripheral artery disease.
This trial is a randomized, double-blind, single-center, single-dose escalating Phase I clinical trial designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic characteristics of injectable GMDTC in healthy subjects
This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-parallel-controlled phase III clinical trial. It is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of SHEN26 capsules in Chinese adult patients with mild to moderate COVID-19
This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled phase III clinical study aimed at evaluating the efficacy and safety of CM310 in patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis, and observing the quality of life, PK, PD characteristics, and immunogenicity of subjects.
The management of small unruptured intracranial aneurysms (UIA) with ischemic cerebrovascular disease (ICVD) has been a very controversial topic in neurosurgery. Thus, we initiated a multicenter, prospective, randomized controlled trial (PROBE) design to elucidate in UIA patients with ICVD who do not qualify for preventive endovascular or neurosurgical intervention whether aspirin treatment decreases the risk of aneurysm growth and rupture.
This study aims to quantify the malignant potential of non-functional neuroendocrine tumors of the pancreatic body and tail ≤ 3 cm by collecting real-world data from large pancreatic centers across the country, and to evaluate the appropriateness of parenchyma-sparing resection and oncologic resection.
This is a multi-center study in China to investigate the role of PIVKA-II in HCC recipient selection and prognostic stratification by analyzing the data of 522 recipients with HCC registered in the China Liver Transplant Registry.
