NCT ID: NCT05941936 Recruiting - Solid Tumor Clinical Trials

A Clinical Study on LM103 for the Treatment of Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: May 19, 2023
Phase: Early Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study is an open exploratory clinical study to evaluate the safety, tolerance, immune response, and initial efficacy of autologous tumor infiltrating lymphocyte LM103 injection in advanced solid tumor patients . The research treatment includes fludarabine and cyclophosphamide, autologous tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) infusion, and IL-2 therapy.

NCT ID: NCT05941754 Enrolling by invitation - Depression Clinical Trials

A Clinical Study of Omega-3 on Depression and Cognition

Start date: December 15, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Depression is a serious mental illness, with persistent depression and loss of interest as the main clinical manifestations, and causes varying degrees of cognitive impairment, further leading to impaired social function, and even lead to suicidal behavior. Previous studies on the antidepressant effects of Omega-3 mainly focused on chronic effects, and there was a lack of corresponding rapid response clinical studies. Because of the nature of Omega-3 health products, no clinical adverse effects have been reported. We have previously shown that Omega-3 can produce antidepressant and cognitive improvement effects. This study will carry out different doses (low dose and high dose) and single active ingredient (EPA alone) to observe the antidepressant and cognitive improvement effects of Omega-3 in clinical patients with major depression. The antidepressant effect and cognitive improvement effect of Omega-3 will be further verified to provide evidence for future clinical application.

NCT ID: NCT05941741 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

IC Plus Low-dose Radiation Plus Cadonilimab in LANPC

Start date: January 10, 2024
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a multi-center, open-label, randomized controlled phase III clinical trial in primary diagnosed loco-regionally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of induction chemotherapy (IC) combined with low-dose radiation and immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) followed by concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) versus IC+CCRT, and compare the treatment-related adverse events and quality of life in two groups.

NCT ID: NCT05941689 Completed - Adenoma Colon Clinical Trials

Efficacy of Artificial Intelligence-assisted Colonic Polyp Detection System

Start date: July 25, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This is a randomized controlled multicenter clinical trial of computer-aided detection (CADe) system for the adjuvant diagnosis of intestinal polyps/adenomas ever conducted in a Chinese population. In addition, this study will evaluate the effect of CADe system on adenoma detection of endoscopists under fatigue.

NCT ID: NCT05941585 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Mitoxantrone Hydrochloride Liposome Combined With Chemotherapy in Untreated de Novo Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Start date: August 8, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine the safety, efficacy and pharmacokinetics of mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposome injection combined with chemotherapy in previously untreated de novo acute myeloid leukemia.

NCT ID: NCT05941533 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD)

Infrared Thermal Imaging in Evaluating the Percutaneous Transluminal Angioplasty for Peripheral Artery Disease

Start date: March 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Determination of IRTI (infrared thermal imaging) can be used to evaluate PAD patients with critical limb ischemia with different degrees of lesion. IRTI can be used to evaluate the foot blood perfusion after percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) treatment and determine the success rate of surgery. IRTI can be used as an effective follow-up tool for patients after surgery.

NCT ID: NCT05941481 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Gastric or Gastroesophageal Junction Adenocarcinoma

Neoadjuvant Chemo-hypoRT Plus PD-1 Antibody (Tislelizumab) in Resectable LA-G/GEJ

RARE
Start date: June 1, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Gastric cancer is the third leading cause of death due to cancer worldwide. Although the consensus on the surgical treatment has resulted in the improvement of curative effect during the past decades, controversies remained for the perioperative therapy of gastric cancer, especially in the selection of the optimal neoadjuvant regimens. Immunotherapy with anti-programmed cell death-1 (PD-1) antibody has demonstrated moderate efficacy in selected patients with advanced gastric adenocarcinoma. Hypofractionated radiotherapy (HypoRT) may act synergistically with immunotherapy to enhance antitumor responses. This phase II trial study want to exploit the efficacy and safety to give PD-1 antibody (Tislelizumab) with combination chemotherapy and HypoRT before surgery in treating adult patients with gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma.

NCT ID: NCT05941377 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Unruptured Intracranial Aneurysm

Enhanced Versus Standard Blood Pressure Lowering on Intracranial Aneurysm Rupture or Growth China Antihypertensive Trial for Intracranial Aneurysm (ChATIA-1)

Start date: June 1, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this randomized controlled trial is to evaluate the benefits and safety of controlled hypotension in Chinese patients with unruptured intracranial aneurysms(UIA). The main questions it aims to answer are: - To provide high-level evidence of the benefits and safety of controlled hypotension in patients with UIA. - To provide evidence-based medical evidence for blood pressure control of patients with UIA in neurosurgery, and promote the progress of accurate individual management of patients. In this study, the main intervention is enhanced blood pressure lowering in patients with UIA. All Patients will be randomly assigned to either the standard blood pressure lowering (SBPL) group or the enhanced blood pressure lowering (EBPL) group.
