There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This study was a Phase 1, single-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multiple ascending dose study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary Helicobacter Pylori eradication efficacy of TNP-2198 capsules.
This was a single-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled phase 1 study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics of single ascending dose and the food effect on the pharmacokinetics of TNP-2198 capsules after single dose oral administration in healthy subjects.
Objective: To determine the effect and predictive value of the difference between the mean gestational diameter (mGSD) sac and crown-rump length (CRL) of the first trimester on the pregnancy outcomes of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA).Methods: This is a retrospective cohort study. In total, 256 pregnant women at 6-10 weeks of gestation and with RSA who visited our hospital from January 2020 to March 2023 were included in the study. They were divided into the following three groups based on the difference between the mGSD and CRL (mGSD-CRL): Group A: mGSD-CRL ≥ 10mm, 41 cases; Group B: 10mm < mGSD-CRL ≤ 15mm, 109 cases; and Group C: mGSD-CRL > 15mm, 106 cases.
The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the pharmacokinetic profile of the developed drug product and reference product in participants with iron deficiency anaemia under fasting condition. The main questions it aims to answer are: - [Question 1] Is there significant difference in the pharmacokinetic profile between the ferric carboxymaltose injection (10 mL: 500 mg [calculated by iron]) provided by Sichuan Huiyu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and the ferric carboxymaltose injection (trade name: Ferinject®, strength: 10 mL: 500 mg [calculated by iron]) held by Vifor France? - [Question 2] Is it safe for patient to take ferric carboxymaltose injection (10 mL: 500 mg [calculated by iron]) provided by Sichuan Huiyu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. under fasting condition? Participants will be randomly divided into two groups by stratified blocked randomization, with equal number of patients in each group,to receive test product or reference product according to the protocol below. - Dosing on D1: Group T (Test product) Group R (Reference product) - PK blood sample collection - Safety evaluation
To investigate the Endovascular Treatment difference between Chinese city and country hospital.
Colchicine reduced atherothrombotic cardiovascular events in the COLCOT and LoDoCo2 studies. US Food and Drug Administration approved colchicine as the first anti-inflammatory drug for cardiovascular diseases on June, 2023. However, there is a lack of evidence for colchicine in East Asian population with coronary heart disease, and its effectiveness and safety need further exploration. Therefore, this study aims to use different doses of colchicine to treat patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention, explore the effects of different doses of colchicine on hsCRP levels, and find the optimal dose of colchicine for treating coronary heart disease in China.
This trial is a randomized, blind, similar vaccine controlled, single center, non-inferiority design phase III clinical trial, with a study population of 10 to 60 years old, conducted in two stages.Phase 1 and Phase 2
This is a single-center, randomized, open-label phase Ic/IIb clinical study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of TNP-2198 capsules, rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets and amoxicillin capsules combined with multiple doses of rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets and amoxicillin capsules compared with multiple doses of rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets and amoxicillin capsules combined with multiple doses in Helicobacter pylori infection-positive population.
This phase Ⅰb/Ⅱa, single-center, randomized, open-label study was designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary Helicobacter Pylori eradication efficacy in asymptomatic subjects with Helicobacter Pylori infection after multiple doses of TNP-2198 capsules combined with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets, or TNP-2198 capsules combined with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets and amoxicillin capsules.
The goal of this pilot randomized trial is to compare the effect of Multiple Electrolytes Injection Ⅱand saline on the occurrence of hyperchloremia within 72h of randomization in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(aSAH). A secondary aim was to provide data for the design and power of a large-scale, multicenter, randomized controlled trial.
