Efficacy of Intravenous Immunoglobulin in Patients With Hemorrhagic Fever With Renal Syndrome: a Prospective Study

Start date: July 1, 2022
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this randomized study to test the efficacy of different doses of IVIG (intravenous immunoglobulin) in the treatment of severe HFRS(hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome), and provide new clinical ideas for the treatment and prognosis of HFRS patients in the future. This study will include all hospitalized patients with confirmed severe or critically ill HFRS from October 2021 to October 2023 from 9 centers. Participants will receive IVIG 10g/d or IVIG 20g/d. All the participants will be given conventional liquid therapy and symptomatic and supportive treatment. Participants will be collected demographic, epidemiological history, hospitalization information, clinical data, laboratory data, imaging results, treatment regimens, and outcomes data.

NCT ID: NCT06009016 Recruiting - Inflammation Clinical Trials

Explore the role of Inflammation and coagulation factors in cerebrospinal fluid for predicting persistent cerebral edema after subarachnoid hemorrhage

NCT ID: NCT06008925 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Metastatic Gastric Cancer

Clinical Study of VG161 Combined With Nivolumab Injection in Patients With Advanced Metastatic Gastric Cancer

Start date: November 17, 2022
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

VG161 is a recombinant human-IL12/15/PDL1B oncolytic HSV-1 injection. This study will be conducted in combination with nivolumab injection in HSV seropositive subjects with advanced metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma who have previously received two or more systemic treatment regimens (which must include anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibodies). This is an open-label study divided into two parts. Part 1: This part is an escalating dose trial to explore the safety of the combination and determine the recommended safe dose of the combination. Part 2: This part is an extension trial to investigate the preliminary efficacy of the combination at a safe dose.

NCT ID: NCT06008873 Recruiting - Sleep Disorder Clinical Trials

Association Between Preoperative Insomnia and Postoperative Quality of Recovery : A Prospective Observational Study

PIPQoR
Start date: February 15, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Although patients with cancers are prone to insomnia, especially waiting for surgery during hospitalization, and insomnia promotes acute respiratory infections (ARI) and is not conducive to the postoperative quality of recovery (QoR), evidence that preoperative insomnia delays postoperative recovery is still lacking. In this prospective observational study, we enroll 175 non-elderly subjects with abdominal cancer who will undergo non-emergency cancer resection surgery. Insomnia Severity Index scale (ISI) is used to assess the insomnia severity during hospitalization while awaiting surgery. The Quality of Recovery-15 (QoR-15) is used to evaluate the overall recovery after surgery. Meanwhile, wrist watch and sleep diary are used to record sleep. The aim of the study is to investigate the association between preoperative insomnia and postoperative QoR, the association between preoperative insomnia and postoperative ARI,and to describe preoperative sleep traits.

NCT ID: NCT06008756 Recruiting - Arteriosclerosis Clinical Trials

MK-0616 (Oral PCSK9 Inhibitor) Cardiovascular Outcomes Study (MK-0616-015) CORALreef Outcomes

Start date: October 9, 2023
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase 3, randomized, placebo-controlled study of the efficacy and safety of MK-0616, an oral proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9) inhibitor, in participants with high cardiovascular risk. The primary objective is to evaluate the efficacy of MK-0616 compared with placebo in increasing the time to the first occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) including coronary heart disease (CHD) death, ischemic stroke, myocardial infarction (MI), acute limb ischemia or major amputation, or urgent arterial revascularization.

NCT ID: NCT06008639 Enrolling by invitation - Clinical trials for Mild to Moderate Alzheimer's Disease

Efficacy and Safety of Near Infrared Light Therapy for Alzheimer's Disease

Start date: March 1, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

To explore the efficacy and safety of near infrared light therapy for Alzheimer's disease. Each subject will be numbered and their medical records will be established. The subjects will be randomly assigned to the treatment group or the control group for 30 minutes/day (5-6 days a week) for 4 months while the treatment group is active settings and the control group is sham settings.Follow-up visits will be conducted at 2 months, 4 months and 2 months after treatment. At each follow-up, scale assessment, blood, MRI, and EEG were observed
