NCT ID: NCT05744518 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Monitoring Response to Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in Breast Cancer Using Ultrafast DCE-MRI

Start date: January 3, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The study will assess whether changes in kinetic parameters of tumor and peritumoral vasculature using ultrafast dynamic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) during neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) are predictive of pathologic complete response (pCR) in patients with breast cancer appropriate for NAC. pCR is defined as having no residual invasive breast cancer or ductal carcinoma in situ.

NCT ID: NCT05744505 Recruiting - Alopecia Areata Clinical Trials

1565nm Non-ablative Fractional Laser Treat Alopecia Areata

Start date: November 10, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate and explore the mechanism of 1565-nm non-ablative fractional laser in the treatment of alopecia areata. The main questions it aims to answer are: (a) comparing the secretion of various cells and cytokines around and within hair follicles before and after treatment; (b) determining the Lord Want effector cells with cytokines and demonstrating that they mediate involvement in correcting the immune immunity collapse process. Participants' 1/2 of the treated alopecia area was compared to their own other half of the untreated alopecia area, and they were followed every three months for efficacy assessment and scalp biopsy.

NCT ID: NCT05744440 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Safety and Efficacy of Allogenic NK Cells in Combination With Chemotherapy in the Treatment of r/r AML After Allo-HSCT

Start date: March 1, 2023
Phase: Early Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is an open label, single-arm, Phase I study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of allogenic natural killer(NK) cells in subjects with refractory or relapsed AML after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT). A leukapheresis procedure will be performed to manufacture NK cells. Prior to allogenic NK cells infusion subjects will receive chemotherapy with azacitidine.

NCT ID: NCT05744427 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumor

To Evaluate the Safety and Tolerability of JSKN003 in Chinese Subjects With Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: March 15, 2023
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is an open, multicenter study of stage I/II in Chinese subjects with unresectable locally advanced/metastatic solid tumors. It is divided into dose escalation period and cohort expansion period. A total of 9 dose groups (Q3W on the first day of intravenous administration every three weeks) were designed in the dose escalation period. The initial dose was 1.0mg/kg, Q3W, and the observation period of DLT was 21 days. In the dose expansion phase, 5 cohorts were set up.

NCT ID: NCT05744037 Recruiting - Clinical trials for B-cell Non Hodgkin Lymphoma

Clinical Study of the Safety and Efficacy of the R/R B-NHL Regimen With BTK Inhibitor+Anti-CD19 CAR-T Cells

Start date: January 1, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

To evaluate the ORR (CR+PR) of R/R B-NHL subjects treated with BTKi+Anti-CD19 CAR T cells.

NCT ID: NCT05743959 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Biliary Tract Cancer

ctDNA Detection of MRD in Predicting Postoperative Recurrence in Biliary Tract Cancers:A Multicenter Prospective Trial

Start date: May 1, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

A substantial proporation of patients with biliary tract malignancies still experience disease recurrence after curative resection. ctDNA-based minimal residual disease (MRD) method has been widely used to monitor postoperative recurrence in solid cancers, but few studies have been reported in biliary tract cancers. The present clinical trial aims to elucidate the correlation between the postoperative ctDNA status and the prognosis of patients with biliary tract cancers, and evaluate whether ctDNA could better predict patients' recurrence and guide clinical practice.

NCT ID: NCT05743660 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Postoperative Delirium

Key circRNA Identification of Postoperative Delirium in Elderly Patients Undergoing Cardiac Surgery

Start date: June 30, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The observational study aims to discover differentially expressed circRNAs in the peripheral blood of patients with postoperative delirium, which aims to answer the main questions at: Whether there are changes in circRNA expression in peripheral blood in elderly patients with delirium after cardiopulmonary bypass surgery? Whether the circRNA with altered expression plays an important role in the occurrence and development of POD? What are the functions and underlying mechanisms of circRNA with altered expression in POD? Voluntary patients will receive follow-up 1 day before and 7 days after surgery to assess their cognitive function, and peripheral blood will be collected 1 day before and 3 days after surgery. The study divided patients into POD group and non-POD group according to whether delirium occurred within 7 days after surgery.

NCT ID: NCT05743452 Recruiting - Alveolar Bone Loss Clinical Trials
