There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The goal of this clinicaltrial is to assess and compare isokinetic performance, surface electromyography, laboratory parameters, and cardiorespiratory function both before and after engaging in vigorous intermittent lifestyle physical activity(VILPA) within a healthy population. The main question it aims to answer is: [1] Does VILPA yield effective outcomes? Throughout the course of the trial, participants will engage in a simulated regimen of vigorous intermittent lifestyle physical activity for a duration of 8 weeks. The efficacy of the exercise protocol will be quantified and evaluated through the utilization of a wearable device.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Oncolytic Adenovirus(H101) combined with PD-1 inhibitor in patients with advanced malignant pleural mesothelioma who have previously been resistant to advanced PD-1 inhibitors.
RECAS is a prospective cohort of 1,000 patients with carotid artery stenosis (CAS) and undergoing revascularization therapy or standard medication treatment alone. The goal of this study is to validate whether CAS revascularization when compared to standard medication treatment alone, can effectively reduce the progression of Cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD) burden, as well as improve the severity of retinal pathologies and cognitive impairment. Therefore, Patients aged ≥ 40 years have more than 50% stenosis in unilateral carotid artery and sign informed consent will be recruited. In this study, patients will be asked to undergo Computed Tomography Angiography (CTA)/ Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA), Computed Tomography Perfusion (CTP),multimodal Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography (OCTA) and neuropsychological testing. Estimated follow-up can be up to 10 years.
Phase Ib: Explore the safety and tolerability of BL-M07D1 to further define RP2D in a variety of solid tumors, including locally advanced or metastatic urinary and gastrointestinal tumors. Phase II: To explore the efficacy of BL-M07D1 in patients with a variety of solid tumors including locally advanced or metastatic HER2-positive/low-expressing urinary and gastrointestinal tumors.
This is a phase III, open-label, single-arm, multicenter study designed to evaluate the anti-tumor activity and safety of SY-5007 administered orally to participants with locally advanced or metastatic RET-positive NSCLC.
This study is intended to explore the application effect of long peripheral intravenous catheters(LPCs) and midline catheters(MCs) in the perioperative period of obese patients, aiming at providing the scientific basis for the optimal perioperative venous access for the obese patients.
The goal of this observational study is to learn about the occurrence of various arrhythmias ( tachyarrhythmia and bradyarrhythmia ) during or after Percutaneous Intramyocardial Septal Radiofrequency Ablation. The main questions it aims to answer are: - To investigate the occurrence of various arrhythmias ( tachyarrhythmia and bradyarrhythmia ) during procedure and its relationship with clinical characteristics and procedural parameters - To analyze the changes of 12-lead electrocardiogram and 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram before and after Percutaneous Intramyocardial Septal Radiofrequency Ablation and their relationships with clinical characteristics and procedural parameters
This is an multi-center, single arm, exploratory study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of anlitinib combined with TQB2450 in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)who failed prior immune checkpoint inhibitor therapies.
The drug-drug interaction study had been designed to investigate the effect of Leritrelvir on the pharmacokinetics of Midazolam, Omeprazole, Rosuvastatin and the effect of Verapamil and Rifampin on the pharmacokinetics of Leritrelvir
Fruquintinib with PD-1 inhibitors (FP) and TAS-102 with bevacizumab (TB) are two common therapies for patients with previous-treated metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). However, it's still not clear that which therapy can bring better prognosis. Our study sought to investigate the efficacy and safety of fruquintinib with PD-1 Inhibitors versus TAS-102 with bevacizumab in Late-Line mCRC between July 2019 to October 2022July 2019 and June 2021 at the Hunan Cancer Hospital.
