There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is an open-label, multicenter, Phase 1 clinical study to evaluate the bioavailability of tislelizumab subcutaneous (SC) injection in the first-line treatment of participants with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). This clinical study will be divided into 2 parts: dose/injection site exploration (Part 1) and dose expansion (Part 2).
This study was a single-center, randomized controlled clinical study. Subjects meeting the inclusion criteria will be randomly assigned to magnesium sodium potassium sulfate oral concentrated solution group, magnesium sodium potassium sulfate oral concentrated solution + linaclotide group, PEG group in equal proportion.
To investigate the efficacy and safety of a single injection of GenSci094 to induce multi-follicular development for controlled ovarian stimulation using daily recombinant FSH (recFSH) as a reference. The primary hypothesis is that a single injection of GenSci094 is non-inferior to daily treatment with recFSH in initiating multi-follicular growth.
Gastric cancer is the third leading cause of morbidity and mortality among malignant tumors in China, and less than 30% of patients can be cured by surgery. Liver metastasis, retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis and peritoneal metastasis are the most common metastatic sites of gastric cancer, which are also the important causes of death. Improve the conversion of oligonucleotides transfer patients resection rate, prolonged progression-free survival of these patients, is an important direction to improve survival of patients with advanced gastric cancer; This study was a prospective, single-arm, multi-center clinical study. We plan to treat patients with gastric cancer/gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma with liver and/or retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis only with XELOX regimen + fruquinitinib + sintilimab for 4-6 cycles before surgery/ablation conversion therapy to achieve tumor-free status as far as possible. To explore the value of conversion therapy in patients with intrahepatic oligometastasis of gastric cancer.
This study employs a single-center, prospective, randomized controlled, double-blind exploratory research design. To investigate whether Sirolimus can reduce the rebleeding rate of brainstem cavernous malformations within 24 months after the first symptomatic bleeding event.
This is an Open-Label, Crossover, Pharmacokinetic and Efficacy Bridging Study of Oral ASTX727 versus IV Decitabine in Chinese Subjects with Myelodysplastic Syndromes
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant adebrelimab plus etoposide and cisplatin in patients with neuroendocrine bladder carcinoma. The main questions it aims to answer are: - The pathologic complete response rate at radical cystectomy - Safety and tolerability of combination therapy Participants will be treated with a combination therapy of adebrelimab, etoposide, and cisplatin before radical cystectomy, with a maximum of 4 cycles.
This study is a prospective, multicenter, and exploratory study aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of Huaier Granules in preventing postoperative recurrence and metastasis of colorectal cancer.
OBJECTIVE: The aims of this study were to assess the incidence rate and risk factors for sialorrhea in the long-term follow-up in a cohort of 170 patients with advanced Parkinson's disease [84 with deep brain stimulation (DBS) and 86 on medical treatment]. Design, setting, and participants: This study was a multi-center prospective non-randomized concurrent clinical trial. A total of198 persons with Parkinson disease were referred for DBS between June 2019 and July 2021 and analyzed between June 2023 and July 2023.The primary outcome follow-up visit was conducted 36 months after DBS.
This study is aimed at making a comparison of the safety and efficacy of standard drug therapy (control group), standard drugs combined with lose-dose colchicine therapy (colchicine group) and standard drug combined with prednisone therapy (prednisone group) in patients with coronary heart disease who suffered from recurrent In-stent restenosis (RISR).
