There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is a prospective, multicenter, open label extension (OLE) trial on the efficacy, safety, patient outcome measures, tolerability, immunogenicity, PK and PD of efgartigimod PH20 SC in adult PV or PF participants, who participated in antecedent trial ARGX-113-1904. This trial provides extension of efgartigimod PH20 SC treatment and retreatment options for participants who have been randomized to efgartigimod PH20 SC treatment arm in the trial ARGX-113-1904, and the first treatment of efgartigimod PH20 SC and retreatment options for participants who had been randomized to placebo arm in trial ARGX-113-1904. Trial ARGX-113-1905 evaluates ability to (further) taper prednisone therapy and achieve Clinical Remission (CR) off therapy (CRoff), the ability to achieve CR and CR on minimal therapy (CRmin) for participants who had not yet achieved CRmin, and the ability to treat flare; and assess patient outcome measures and the safety, PD, PK and immunogenicity of efgartigimod PH20 SC over the duration of trial. Study duration: Up to 60 weeks for participants who receive IMP administration up to 52 weeks and with a follow-up period of 8 weeks after the last IMP administration
The purpose of this study is to assess the long-term safety, tolerability and clinical efficacy of treatment with rozanolixizumab.
This study will evaulate the long-term safety, efficacy and pharmacokinetics (PK) of recombinant human pentraxin-2 (rhPTX-2; PRM-151) zinpentraxin alfa, administered by intravenous (IV) infusion to participants with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).
This is an open-label randomized trial. Subjects will be randomized in a 2:1 ratio to receive carbon ion radiotherapy versus standard care for locally advanced pancreatic cancer. Subjects who receive carbon ion radiotherapy may receive additional chemotherapy afterwards, at the discretion of the treating physicians. Subjects on the control arm are also expected to receive chemotherapy, using a regimen selected by the treating physicians. Subjects on the control arm will not receive upfront radiotherapy but may receive radiotherapy (not carbon ion radiotherapy) if disease progression occurs.
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy of CYH33 in combination with olaprib in patients with DDR gene mutations and/or PIK3CA mutations, in patients who have progressed on prior PARP inhibitor, and in patients with recurrent high grade serous ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer who are platinum resistant or refractory. The study will assess if this combination will optimize anti-tumor activity, block tumor growth and overcome the resistance to PARP inhibitor treatment. The study consists 2 parts. In Part 1 dose escalation, the objective is to determine the maximum toleration dose (MTD) of the combination. The final recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of CYH33 in combination with olaparib will be based on the totality of an overall assessment of available safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and preliminary efficacy which could be the MTD or a dose level lower in specific cohorts of patients. In Part 2 dose expansion, the main objective is to evaluate the efficacy at RP2D.
This study will evaluate the effect of each dose of MK-3655 versus placebo on the percentage of individuals with NASH resolution without worsening of fibrosis after 52 weeks. The primary hypothesis of the study is that at least 1 dose of MK-3655 is superior to placebo with respect to the percentage of individuals with NASH resolution without worsening of fibrosis after 52 weeks.
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy of rilematovir compared to placebo treatment with respect to the clinical outcome on the RSV Recovery Scale (RRS).
OBJECTIVE: To determine whether a therapeutic strategy involving low-dose intracoronary fibrinolytic therapy with reteplase infused after coronary reperfusion will reduce the myocardial infarction size. DESIGN, SETTING, AND PARTICIPANTS: 306 patients presenting at 15 hospitals in China within 12 hours of acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) due to a proximal-mid-vessel occlusion of left anterior descending (LAD) coronary artery occlusion will be randomized in a 1:1:1 dose-ranging trial design. Patients will be followed up to 1 month. INTERVENTIONS: Participants will be randomly assigned to treatment with placebo (n = 102), reteplase 9mg (n = 102), or reteplase 18mg (n = 102) by manual infusion over 2 minutes after reperfusion of the infarct-related coronary artery and before stent implant. MAIN OUTCOMES AND MEASURES The primary outcomewas the myocardial infarct size (% left ventricular mass) demonstrated by contrast-enhanced cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) conducted from days 2 through 7 after enrollment.
This study is a prospective, single-arm, open-label, single-dose dose finding and extension study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and anti-tumor efficacy profiles of the LCAR-M23 CAR-T cell therapy in subjects with relapsed and refractory epithelial ovarian cancer after prior adequate standard of care.
This phase III study will evaluate the efficacy, safety and pharmacokinetics (PK) of recombinant human pentraxin-2 (rhPTX-2; PRM-151) zinpentraxin alfa, compared with placebo in participants with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).
