There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma will receive hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) sequential transarterial embolization combined with lenvatinib and tislelizumab.
This study aimed to evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of montelukast sodium oral thin films and the bioequivalence between oral thin films and chewable tablets in healthy chinese volunteers under fed condition.
This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-center Phase 2 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of HB0017 in subjects with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.
Breakthrough cancer pain (BTcP) is a common problem in patients with cancer. This is a phase IIa dose-response and safety study of inhaled fentanyl aerosol (25µg/dose) in Chinese patients with breakthrough cancer pain.
This is a prospective, randomized, open-label, parallel-group, medication-control, superiority, multicenter clinical study trial. This study is studying the effects and safety in treating patients from nine different centers with Benign prostatic hyperplasia, employing Composite Steep-pulse(High-frequency irreversible electroporation) Treatment Apparatus. This device could cause cell irreversible electroporation, which leading necrosis of hyperplasia tissue cells. It also has the ability to prevent nerve, vessel, urethral and capsule unnecessary injury beside the ablation area. Composite Steep-pulse Treatment Apparatus will be used in patients who pass inclusion/exclusion criteria. Safety, quality of life, and urodynamic data analysis of each patient will be evaluated in each study patients.
This is a Phase I, single-dose and multiple dose escalation clinical trial for HSK31679 conducted in chinese healthy volunteers and LDL-C elevated subjects. The safety, tolerability, food-impact,pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of HSK31679 tablet in healthy volunteers and LDL-C elevated volunteers will be evaluated using a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial design
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation on female stress urinary incontinence. Methods: 90 patients diagnosed in a hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into three groups A, B and C, and group A was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation, 3 times a week for 30 minutes for 15 times. Group B used acupuncture treatment, including Guanyuan, Qihai, Zhongji, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao and Yinlingquan, once a day, Monday to Friday, 30 minutes each, a total of 10 times. Group C was treated with acupuncture combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation. All three groups were combined with pelvic floor muscle training. After treatment, the changes in class I, II muscle fiber, ICI-Q-SF score, and urine leakage in the 1h pad test were compared.
This study included cataract patients who underwent intraocular lens (IOL) implantation with or without capsular tension ring (CTR), which aimed to evaluate the contribution of the use of CTR in clinical visual outcomes and rotational stability of IOL after cataract surgery.
Chronic periodontitis is an infectious disease of periodontal support tissues caused by bacterial biofilm, which leads to inflammation and destruction of periodontal support tissues ultimately resulting in tooth loss.In the clinic, patients with Stage III and Grade B periodontitis are difficult to gain desired outcomes on account of deep periodontal pockets, complicated anatomy, the removal of subgingival dental biofilms, and control of residual inflammation. A large number of studies have indicated that the effectiveness of local application of antibiotics as an adjunct to scaling and root planning (SRP), such as the antimicrobial and minocycline hydrochloride could affect bacterial metabolism and inhibit bioļ¬lm attachment particularly in terms of pocket depth reduction and attachment level gain. However, the use of wide-spectrum antibiotics may cause some inevitable side effects including drug resistance, pathogens and probiotics were eliminated leading to diversity of microbiota diminished, and toothstaining. To solve the problems of antibiotics in the clinic, antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) may be considered as an alternative to conventional antibiotics drugs. In this randomized clinical trial, we aimed to evaluate the effects of AMPs as an addition to SRP on clinical parameters and microbiological biofilms in patients with Stage III and Grade B periodontitis.
Internet addiction disorder (IAD) is an impulse-control disorder of Internet behavior in the absence of addictive substances. Exercise has been found to have significant advantages in improving the severity and depressive symptoms of IAD. The purpose of this study was to observe the efficacy of conventional exercise and tai chi in the treatment of Internet addiction and to observe the changes in each group. Subjects diagnosed with IAD were randomly assigned to the exercise group, the tai chi group, or the control group. The exercise group and tai chi group received conventional exercise and tai chi for 8 weeks. The Internet Addiction Test (IAT), the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI), the Zung Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), the Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), and Fatigue Scale-14 (FS-14) were evaluated for all subjects at baseline and postintervention.
