There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of pemetrexed+platinum chemotherapy+pembrolizumab (MK-3475) with or without lenvatinib (MK-7902/E7080) as first-line intervention in adults from mainland China with metastatic nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer. The primary study hypotheses state that: 1) the combination of lenvatinib+platinum doublet chemotherapy+pembrolizumab prolongs Progression-free Survival (PFS) as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR) per modified Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors version 1.1 (RESIST 1.1) compared to matching placebo+platinum doublet chemotherapy+pembrolizumab, and 2) the combination of lenvatinib+platinum doublet chemotherapy+pembrolizumab prolongs Overall Survival (OS) compared to matching placebo+platinum doublet chemotherapy + pembrolizumab.
Since polyacrylamide hydrogel (PAAG) was used in cosmetic surgery in 1997, about 30 million women have received PAAG injection for breast augmentation. Although the use of PAAG has been prohibited in most countries due to its myriad complications, a large number of symptomatic patients and asymptomatic patients have continued to seek medical advice. The strategy of repairing secondary breast deformities after PAAG removal has increasingly become a concern for both doctors and patients, but there is no standardized algorithm yet. The purpose of the present study was to perform a retrospective study to compare the safety and effectiveness of different reconstruction timing and method after removing the gel.
In this open-label phase II study, patients will be scheduled for neoadjuvant treatment with PD-1 inhibitors (Camrelizumab) plus VEGF inhibitor (Apatinib) for dMMR/MSI-H colorectal cancer staged as locally advanced (cT3-4N+/-M0 for rectal cancer, cT4 or cT3 with extramural extension ≥5mm for colon cancer). Radiological evaluation will be preformed after 4 cycles of treatment. Patients (either with colon or rectal cancer) who achieve complete clinical response will be offered the choice of Watch & Wait.
The weight gain and metabolic dysfunction has been vital conditions for individuals with schizophrenia. rTMS is a promising novel intervention, which have strong potentials on moderating increased appetite and cognitive deficits in schizophrenia, as it has been proved for the treatment of depression. Therefore, the investigators designed this randomized controlled clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of rTMS, using iTBS pattern, on prevention and treatment for elevated appetite and cognitive deficiency in individual with schizophrenia.
This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab plus bevacizumab combined with on-demand TACE compared to on-demand TACE alone in participants with hepatocellular carcinoma who are at high risk of poorer outcome following TACE treatment.
The study is intended to show superiority of AZD9833 in combination with palbociclib (a CDK4/6 inhibitor) versus anastrozole (an aromatase inhibitor) and palbociclib as the initial treatment of patients with hormone receptor-positive (ER-positive), human epidermal growth factor 2-negative (HER2-negative) advanced/metastatic breast cancer. INFORMATION FOR TRIAL PARTICIPANTS In this trial, the researchers will look at how well camizestrant with palbociclib works, compared with anastrozole with palbociclib, in participants with breast cancer that has either spread into other parts of the body at the time of diagnosis, or has come back after at least 2 years of standard endocrine treatment. Participants in this trial will have breast cancer that has ER proteins but does not have overexpression of HER2 protein.
This is a randomized, double-Blind, placebo-controlled Phase 2 Study of Orelabrutinib in Patients with Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis.
An open-label, multicenter, phase Ia/Ib study to evaluate the safety, tolerance and preliminary efficacy of IBI319 in patients with advanced malignant tumors
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the immuno-persistence (type specific IgG antibody) of the tested vaccine administered in girls aged 9-17 years, comparing to young healthy adults of 18-26 years who received the standard 3-dose schedule (0,1,6 months).
MAGIC-MT study is multi-center, prospective, randomized (1:1) controlled trial designed to show that additional MMA embolization with Onyx in patients with non-acute symptomatic subdural hematoma(SDH) results in reduced hematoma recurrence in surgically treated patients/ reduced hematoma progression in conservatively managed patients.
