There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
A randomized controlled open-label clinical trial of ursodeoxycholic acid combined with low dose glucocorticoid in the treatment of PBC With AIH Features II to asses efficacy and safety.
Stroke patients do not respond well to the traditional repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) strategy based on the competitive model. The studies found that the contralesional motion cortex has a compensatory effect on the realization of the motor function of the affected side-the compensatory model, and the degree of compensation will change as the function changes. The optimal neural regulation strategies under different models are opposite, so it is important to accurately evaluate which of the two models plays the leading role. And functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) may accurately and quickly assess cortical function in order to determine the degree of participation of the contralesional motion cortex. We propose that the dynamic individualized strategy which adjust the rTMS parameters promptly based on the results of fNIRS will be better than the traditional stimulation strategy. This project will apply a blinded-assessment randomized controlled trial. The test group selects either the high-frequency rTMS to the contralesional dorsal premotor cortex (PMd) or the low-frequency rTMS to the contralesional primary motor cortex (M1) based on the lateralization index of the PMd measured by fNIRS. And the control group will always be given low-frequency rTMS to contralesional M1. The difference in the improvement of upper limb function between the two groups of patients was compared.
This study will evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics, and effect of RC108-ADC for injeciton in subjects with c-Met positive advanced malignant solid tumors.
AB-106 will be administered once a day. Each treatment cycle is defined as 21 days of continuous medication. Dosing will continue until any of the following conditions are met: disease progression, intolerable drug-related adverse events, researchers recommend discontinuation of treatment, withdrawal of informed consent, pregnancy during the study, use of other anti-tumor therapy, loss of follow-up, death and other causes, whichever occurs first. The study includes a screening period, treatment period, safety follow-up and long-term follow-up.
This phase Ib study evaluates the safety and efficacy of OH2 in combination with HX008, an anti-PD-1 antibody, in patients with Melanoma. OH2 is an oncolytic virus developed upon genetic modifications of the herpes simplex virus type 2 strain HG52, allowing the virus to selectively replicate in tumors. Meanwhile, the delivery of the gene encoding human granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) may induce a more potent antitumor immune response.
Indocyanine green (ICG) has been recently introduced in clinical practice as a fuorescent tracer. Lymphadenectomy is particularly challenging in esophageal cancer surgery, owing to the complex anatomical drainage. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to explore whether the NIR-ICG imaging system could accurately assess the lymph node markers during radical resection of esophageal cancer.
This is a prospective, open, phase I clinical study to evaluate the safety and tolerability of a CDK4 / 6 inhibitor and a MEK inhibitor in the treatment of metastatic digestive system tumors
This non-randomized phase II clinical trial aimed to explore the efficacy and safety of Tislelizumab or Tislelizumab combined with Lenvatinib as neoadjuvant treatment for resectable RHCC patients
The investigators retrospective collect the clinical data of patients diagnosed with lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma, including primary site, gender, age, smoking history, tumor stage, time of initial treatment, EBV-DNA copy number, first-line treatment and survival status.
Dose-escalation study will be conducted in patients with locally advanced/metastatic solid tumors who have failed standard treatment, or cannot tolerate standard treatment, or have no recommended standard treatment, or do not apply standard treatment, to evaluate the safety, PK, tolerability and effectiveness of VC004. According to the efficacy, safety and PK of dose-escalation study , the investigator and the sponsor jointly determine the dose for dose extension, and evaluate the anti-tumor effect of VC004 on NTRK fusion-positive subjects, and provide more information for RP2D. According to the tolerability and pharmacokinetic results of dose-escalation study , an appropriate dose or MTD will be selected, namely RP2D, to further assess anti-tumor efficacy and safety in patients with NTRK fusion-positive locally advanced/metastatic solid tumors . ORR will be chosen as the main efficacy indicator to evaluate the anti-tumor efficacy and safety of VC004 .
