Based on our research background, we hypothesize that LIFUS has neuromodulation effects on brain cortex and the active LIFUS on left-DLPFC would improve negative symptoms in schizophrenia patients. It would firstly verify the safety of LIFUS on human as well. The multimodal MRI will be contributed to investigate the possible mechanism of negative symptoms.

A Trial of Anlotinib Combined With Docetaxel in EGFR Mutations Advanced Non Small Cell Lung Cancer Patients

Anlotinib is a multi-target receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor in domestic research and development. It can inhibit angiogenesis-related kinases, such as VEGFR, FGFR, PDGFR and tumor cell proliferation related kinase c-Kit kinase. In the Phase III study, patients who failed at least two systemic chemotherapy (third-line or above) or were intolerant of the drugs were treated with anlotinib or placebo. The PFS and OS in the anlotinib group were 5.37 months and 9.63 months, respectively. The placebo group PFS and OS were 1.4 months and 6.3 months. Therefore, it is envisaged to use anlotinib combined with docetaxel to treat EGFR mutations advanced non small cell lung cancer to further improve the patient's PFS or OS.

Multiple system atrophy (MSA) is a debilitating and fatal neurodegenerative disorder and symptomatic therapeutic strategies are still limited.The parkinsonian type of MSA (MSA-P) has parkinsonian symptoms as its prominent manifestation, although Deep brain stimulation (DBS) at the subthalamic nucleus or globus pallidus interna has been an established treatment for Parkinson's disease patients, it is mostly ineffective in MSA-P patients, the improvement in motor function as short-lasting and rapidly followed by the early appearance of freezing of gait (FOG) and postural instability that counteracted DBS benefits and often leads to significant disability and loss of quality of life. Recently, some pilot studies demonstrated the safety and significant therapeutic outcome of SCS for FOG.The purpose of this clinical study is to understand the effectiveness of DBS combined with SCS for symptomatic treatment of MSA-P.
