This research study is done to test the safety, effectiveness and pharmacokinetic characteristics of SIM1803-1A in patients with locally advanced/metastatic solid tumors with NTRK, ROS1 or ALK gene fusion mutations. The cancer must have a change in a particular gene (NTRK1, NTRK2, NTRK3, ROS1 or ALK). SIM1803-1A is a drug that blocks the actions of these NTRK/ ROS1 /ALK genes in cancer cells and can therefore be used to treat cancer.

Standard Pressure Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy,as the standard for cholecystectomy, can lead to about 15% of pulmonary atelectasis. According to literature, low pressure laparoscopic cholecystectomy is thought to probably decrease cardio-pulmonary related complications and postoperative pain. However, the previous studies have presented controversial results. Our study aim to evaluate the potential pulmonary benefit of low pressure laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly or patients accompanied with cardio-pulmonary disorders.

Early prediction of the occurrence of IHCA in severe patients can provide early intervention, prevent the deterioration of the disease, and reduce the incidence of IHCA. Therefore, researchers wanted to verify the efficacy of MEWS, NEWS, and CART scores in predicting IHCA in ICU inpatients, and to establish an early-warning scoring model that could effectively predict the risk of IHCA occurrence in ICU inpatients during hospitalization.

Patients with dyspeptic symptoms vary from 10% to 20% globally. Up to 70% of patients with dyspepsia who undergo endoscopy have unremarkable examination and are diagnosed with functional dyspepsia (FD). Given the lack of information related to its pathophysiology, the treatment is largely empirical and of limited efficacy. Previous small study showed therapeutic potential of transcutaneous auricular vagal nerve stimulation (taVNS) for FD. This study aims to investigate whether taVNS can improve the dyspeptic symptoms of patients with FD.

Anlotinib to Malignant Brainstem Glioma

This study is a single-arm, open-label, phase II study of anlotinib combined with radiation in the treatment of patients with malignant brainstem glioma. Twenty five patients will be enrolled in the study who is diagonsis with malignant brainstem glioma. The primary objective includes disease control rate (DCR), the role of antinib combined with radiotherapy in improving quality of life and 6-month progression-free survival rate. The secondary objective include overall survival (OS), toxicity profile. Exploratory objectives include the use of plasma specimens and cerebrospinal fluid (if possible) to detect biomarkers predicting the efficacy of anlotinib.
