Efficacy and Safety of Lanreotide Autogel (60, 90 or 120 mg) in Acromegalic Patients

Start date: September 2000
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

To evaluate the long-term efficacy and safety of repeated injections of lanreotide Autogel given in doses titrated to effect in acromegalic patients previously treated or not with somatostatin analogues.

NCT ID: NCT00210392 Terminated - Clinical trials for Lymphoma, Mucosa-Associated Lymphoid Tissue

VELCADE in MALT Lymphoma Pretreated With More Than One Prior Systemic Therapy

Start date: July 2005
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of this study is to assess the antitumor activity (in terms of overall response rate - ORR - i.e. sum of complete and partial responses) of bortezomib in pretreated MALT lymphomas with more than one prior systemic therapy regimen

NCT ID: NCT00210379 Completed - Lymphoma, B Cell Clinical Trials

Phase II Study of Combined Modality Treatment in Primary Testicular Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Start date: November 2000
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective assess the clinical activity of combination doxorubicin-containing chemotherapy plus monoclonal antibody anti-CD20 (Rituximab) plus intrathecal prophylactic chemotherapy and loco-regional radiotherapy in primary localised testicular DLCL and to assess the toxicity of this therapeutic strategy

NCT ID: NCT00210353 Completed - Clinical trials for Lymphoma, Mucosa-Associated Lymphoid Tissue

Randomized Trial of Chlorambucil Versus Chlorambucil Plus Rituximab Versus Rituximab in MALT Lymphoma

Start date: January 2003
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Assess the therapeutic activity and safety of the combination of Chlorambucil and Rituximab in MALT lymphomas and determine whether the addition of Rituximab to Chlorambucil will improve the outcome of MALT lymphoma in comparison to treatment with Chlorambucil alone. In April 2006, a third arm of treatment was added to compare the antitumor activity and safety of rituximab alone vs chlorambucil alone

NCT ID: NCT00210327 Completed - Clinical trials for Lymphoma, Mucosa-Associated Lymphoid Tissue

VELCADE in MALT Lymphoma Pretreated With Prior Systemic Therapy

Start date: July 2005
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of this study is to assess the antitumor activity (in terms of overall response rate - ORR - i.e. sum of complete and partial responses)of bortezomib in pretreated MALT lymphomas with one prior sistemic therapy regimen

NCT ID: NCT00210314 Completed - Lymphoma, B Cell Clinical Trials

Phase II Trial of Combined Modality Treatment in Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma

Start date: July 2003
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Aim of the study is to establish in a prospective, randomized clinical trial the activity of primary chemotherapy containing high dose-methotrexate, alone or combined with high dose cytarabine, in patients with primary central nervous system lymphoma

NCT ID: NCT00207688 Completed - Ulcerative Colitis Clinical Trials

A Long Term Safety Study of Infliximab (Remicade) in in Ulcerative Colitis Patients

Start date: August 31, 2004
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The purpose of this study is to evaluate long-term safety information of infliximab in patients who have participated in infliximab clinical studies in ulcerative colitis.

NCT ID: NCT00206908 Completed - Stroke Clinical Trials

BRAIN (Biomarker Rapid Assessment of Ischemic iNjury)

Start date: July 2002
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Observational

This project is designed to evaluate the clinical utility of a novel blood test, the Triage Stroke Panel, as an aid in the diagnosis and assessment of stroke. The Triage Stroke Panel test device, used with the Triage MeterPlus, is a rapid, point-of-care immunoassay. The test measures the concentration of various analytes present in EDTA-anticoagulated whole blood or plasma, specifically B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP), fibrin degradation products containing D-Dimer, matrix metalloproteiase-9 (MMP-9), and S-100B. The test utilizes a proprietary algorithm for the automatic calculation of a single Multimarker Index (MMX) result from the individual biomarker values. The MMX result is being evaluated for use as an aid in the assessment and diagnosis of stroke.

NCT ID: NCT00206700 Terminated - Crohn Disease Clinical Trials

Open-label Trial of Leukine in Active Crohn's Disease

Start date: February 2003
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to establish a safety profile sargramostim administered in 8 week cycles to adult patients with active Crohn's disease.

Start date: September 2004
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate if Leukine can induce clinical response or remission in patients with Crohn's disease.
