NCT ID: NCT00265096 Completed - Clinical trials for Arthritis, Psoriatic

A Study of the Safety and Efficacy of Golimumab in Patients With Active Psoriatic Arthritis

GO-REVEAL
Start date: December 2005
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy (improvement of signs and symptoms) of subcutaneous (under the skin) injections of golimumab for the treatment of active psoriatic arthritis (PsA). Efficacy will be measured by reduction in the signs and symptoms of active PsA, including effects on joint pain and swelling, changes on x-ray related to joint damage, psoriasis skin lesions, physical function, and quality of life.

NCT ID: NCT00265083 Completed - Clinical trials for Spondylitis, Ankylosing

A Study of the Safety and Efficacy of Golimumab in Subjects With Active Ankylosing Spondylitis

Start date: December 2005
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of subcutaneous injections (under the skin) of golimumab for the treatment of active ankylosing spondylitis [AS(arthritis of the spine)]. Efficacy will be measured by reduction in the signs and symptoms of active AS, including effects on back pain and stiffness, physical function, range of motion in the spine, quality of life, and rate of spine damage or fusion on x-ray.

NCT ID: NCT00264927 Completed - Hyponatremia Clinical Trials

Efficacy and Safety of SR121463B in Patients With Syndrome of Inappropriate Antidiuretic Hormone Secretion

SIADH
Start date: May 2004
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

To assess the efficacy of SR121463B in correcting hyponatremia in patients with syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic secretion (SIADH).To assess the long-term efficacy of SR121463B in maintaining normal levels of serum sodium in patients with SIADH. To assess the safety and tolerability of SR121463B in patients with SIADH. The double blind period is followed by an open label extension study with flexible doses of satavaptan.

NCT ID: NCT00264914 Completed - Hyponatremia Clinical Trials

Safety and Efficacy of SR121463B in Patients With Syndrome of Inappropriate Antidiuretic Hormone Secretion

SIADH Safety
Start date: July 2005
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

To determine the long-term safety and tolerability of SR121463B in patients with syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic secretion (SIADH). To assess the long-term efficacy of SR121463B in maintaining normal levels of serum sodium in patients with SIADH. Long term safety is evaluated further in an open label extension study with flexible doses of satavaptan.

NCT ID: NCT00264849 Completed - Asthma Clinical Trials

Omalizumab in Adult and Adolescent Patients With Severe Persistent Allergic Asthma

Start date: November 2005
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

Omalizumab will be given as add-on treatment to optimized asthma therapy in patients with severe persistent asthma, who demonstrate inadequate asthma symptom control. Response to omalizumab over time will be assessed by physicians and patients evaluating the overall improvement in control of their asthma. THIS STUDY IS NOT ENROLLING PATIENTS IN THE US.
