Start date: December 19, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This is a non-interventional/observational cohort of NSCLC unresectable stage III patients treated with durvalumab. The study will be carried out as a retrospective review of established medical records for a subset of unresectable stage III patients treated with durvalumab.

NCT ID: NCT03797196 Active, not recruiting - Immunosuppression Clinical Trials

RCT Comparing Immunosuppressive Regimens in Elderly Renal Transplant Recipients

OPTIMIZE
Start date: July 29, 2019
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

Open label, randomized, multicenter, intervention trial comparing standard immunosuppression with tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil with a low exposure tacrolimus regimen in combination with everolimus. The primary objective is to test the hypothesis that an age-adapted immunosuppressive regimen targeted at reduced immunosuppression with low calcineurin inhibitor (tacrolimus) exposure in combination with everolimus will result in improved outcome in elderly recipients of A: Kidneys from older deceased donors (>64 years) and B: Kidneys from living donors (all ages) and younger deceased donors (<65 years).

NCT ID: NCT03795298 Active, not recruiting - Atrial Fibrillation Clinical Trials

Comparison of Anticoagulation With Left Atrial Appendage Closure After AF Ablation

OPTION
Start date: May 20, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of this study is to determine if left atrial appendage closure with the WATCHMAN FLX Device is a reasonable alternative to oral anticoagulation following percutaneous catheter ablation for high risk patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation.

NCT ID: NCT03786081 Active, not recruiting - Cervical Cancer Clinical Trials

Safety and Efficacy of Tisotumab Vedotin Monotherapy & in Combination With Other Cancer Agents in Subjects With Cervical Cancer

Start date: February 27, 2019
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is an open label, multi-center trial of tisotumab vedotin monotherapy and in combination with bevacizumab, pembrolizumab, or carboplatin in subjects with recurrent or stage IVB cervical cancer. The trial consists of two-parts a dose escalation part and an expansion part. The expansion part of the trial will be initiated once the Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) of the combinations have been determined in the dose escalation part.

NCT ID: NCT03785964 Active, not recruiting - Desmoid Tumor Clinical Trials

Nirogacestat for Adults With Desmoid Tumor/Aggressive Fibromatosis (DT/AF)

DeFi
Start date: April 17, 2019
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study evaluates nirogacestat (PF-03084014) in the treatment of desmoid tumor/aggressive fibromatosis (DT/AF). In the double-blind phase, half of the participants will receive nirogacestat while the other half will receive placebo. Once participants are eligible to roll into the open-label phase, they will receive nirogacestat.

NCT ID: NCT03784066 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Oral Cavity Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Durvalumab With or Without Tremelimumab in Resectable Locally Advanced Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Oral Cavity

DUTRELASCO
Start date: August 27, 2018
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a randomized, open-label, prospective, pilot phase I/II study with focus on translational research and on the evaluation of the biological changes that are observed in sequential tumor tissue acquisition in patients with newly diagnosed advanced (stage IV) oral cavity SCC. Patients are treated with Durvalumab (arm A) or Durvalumab + Tremelimumab (arm B) after biopsy-confirmed diagnosis of locally advanced resectable SCCHN of the oral cavity. After surgery, the standard of care treatment is radiotherapy, and, depending on risk assessment concurrent cisplatin. Patients will be treated with Durvalumab (arm A) or Durvalumab and Tremelimumab (arm B) during six additional cycles, starting from day one of the postoperative radiotherapy.

NCT ID: NCT03783442 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma (ESCC)

A Study of Tislelizumab (BGB-A317) in Combination With Chemotherapy as First Line Treatment in Participants With Advanced Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Start date: December 11, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tislelizumab as first line treatment in combination with chemotherapy in participants with advanced unresectable/metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC).

NCT ID: NCT03782207 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

A Study Investigating the Outcomes and Safety of Atezolizumab Under Real-World Conditions in Patients Treated in Routine Clinical Practice

IMreal
Start date: February 7, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This is a non-interventional, multi-country, multi-centre, multiple cohort prospective study, with retrospective collection of prior medical/treatment history data from medical records, designed to assess the real-world outcomes and safety of atezolizumab for indications in the existing label in the real world setting of routine clinical practice.

NCT ID: NCT03781934 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

A Study to Evaluate MIV-818 in Patients With Liver Cancer Manifestations

Start date: September 5, 2018
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional
