NCT ID: NCT02441946 Completed - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

A Neoadjuvant Study of Abemaciclib (LY2835219) in Postmenopausal Women With Hormone Receptor Positive, HER2 Negative Breast Cancer

neoMONARCH
Start date: August 2015
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the biological effects of abemaciclib in combination with anastrozole and compare those to the effects of abemaciclib alone and anastrozole alone in the tumors of postmenopausal women with hormone receptor positive (HR+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) negative breast cancer.

NCT ID: NCT02441413 Completed - Clinical trials for Bronchiolitis Obliterans

Transplant Optimization Using Functional Imaging (TROFI)

TROFI_BE
Start date: September 2015
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The objective of this study is to detect Bronchiolitis Obliterans Syndrome (BOS) in an early stage using the outcome parameters generated by Functional Respiratory Imaging (FRI). Robust and automated segmentation algorithms will be developed for these parameters, focusing on quantitative computed tomography (CT) image analyses to provide the physician a more sensitive diagnostics tool. The evolution of BOS over time will be monitored using nmon-rigid image registration methods.

NCT ID: NCT02441283 Completed - Hepatitis C Clinical Trials

A Study to Assess Resistance and Durability of Response to ABT-493 and/or ABT-530

Start date: June 22, 2015
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This was a long-term follow-up study to evaluate the durability of sustained virologic response (SVR), persistence of direct-acting antiviral agent (DAA) resistance, and clinical outcomes for participants who received glecaprevir (ABT-493) and/or pibrentasvir (ABT-530) in prior AbbVie Phase 2 or 3 clinical studies for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection.

NCT ID: NCT02440100 Completed - Clinical trials for Healthy Adult Subjects and Healthy Elderly Subjects

A Phase 1 Study To Characterize The Safety, Tolerability, PK And PK Of Repeat Doses Of PF-06648671 In Healthy Adults And Healthy Elderly Subjects

Start date: May 2015
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is an investigator-and-subject blind, phase 1 study to characterize the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and central and peripheral pharmacodynamics of 14-day repeated ascending doses of PF-06648671 once a day in healthy adults (part 1) and repeated doses at the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) defined in part 1 in healthy elderly subjects (part 2). The study also include an optional cohort (part 3) to evaluate the drug interaction between PF-06648671 at MTD and CYP3A probe, midazolam

NCT ID: NCT02438826 Completed - Clinical trials for Chronic Cluster Headache

Start date: September 2014
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study evaluates the impact of autologous 'leucocyte and platelet rich fibrin' (L-PRF) on the periapical bone healing and further root development of infected immature permanent teeth. In the test group regenerative endodontic procedure (REP) is performed with L-PRF as scaffold, in the control group REP without L-PRF is performed .
