A Study of Baricitinib (LY3009104) in Participants With Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

SLE-BRAVE I
Start date: August 2, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The reason for this study is to see how effective and safe the study drug known as baricitinib is in participants with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).

NCT ID: NCT03616470 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Study to Determine the Efficacy of Uproleselan (GMI-1271) in Combination With Chemotherapy to Treat Relapsed/Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Start date: October 15, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study will evaluate the efficacy of uproleselan (GMI-1271), a specific E-selectin antagonist, in combination with chemotherapy to treat relapsed/refractory AML, compared to chemotherapy alone. The safety of uproleselan when given with chemotherapy will also be investigated in patients with relapsed/refractory AML

NCT ID: NCT03615326 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Gastroesophageal Junction Adenocarcinoma

Pembrolizumab/Placebo Plus Trastuzumab Plus Chemotherapy in Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 Positive (HER2+) Advanced Gastric or Gastroesophageal Junction (GEJ) Adenocarcinoma (MK-3475-811/KEYNOTE-811)

Start date: October 5, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The study will compare the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab plus trastuzumab in combination with standard of care (SOC) chemotherapy versus trastuzumab in combination with SOC chemotherapy in participants with HER2-positive gastric cancer. The primary hypotheses of the study are that pembrolizumab plus trastuzumab in combination with chemotherapy is superior to trastuzumab plus chemotherapy in terms of 1) progression free survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR), and 2) overall survival (OS).

NCT ID: NCT03614663 Completed - Fragile X Syndrome Clinical Trials

Clinical Study Of caNNabidiol in childrEn and adolesCenTs With Fragile X (CONNECT-FX)

CONNECT-FX
Start date: June 12, 2018
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This trial will evaluate the efficacy and safety of ZYN002, a clear cannabidiol gel that can be applied to the skin (called transdermal application) twice a day for the treatment of behavioral symptoms of Fragile X Syndrome (FXS). Eligible participants will then participate in up to a 14 week treatment period, where all participants will receive placebo or active study drug. Patients ages 3 to < 18 years, will be eligible to participate.

NCT ID: NCT03611868 Recruiting - Melanoma Clinical Trials

A Study of APG-115 in Combination With Pembrolizumab in Patients With Metastatic Melanomas or Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: August 29, 2018
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Part 1 is the dose escalation of APG-115 in combination with label dose of pembrolizumab. Part 2 is phase II design of APG-115 at recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) in combination with pembrolizumab.

NCT ID: NCT03611751 Completed - Psoriasis Clinical Trials

An Investigational Study to Evaluate Experimental Medication BMS-986165 Compared to Placebo and a Currently Available Treatment in Participants With Moderate-to-Severe Plaque Psoriasis

POETYK-PSO-2
Start date: July 26, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to investigate the experimental medication BMS-986165 compared to placebo and a currently available treatment in participants with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.

NCT ID: NCT03611556 Completed - Carcinoma Clinical Trials

MEDI9447(Oleclumab) Pancreatic Chemotherapy Combination Study.

Start date: June 21, 2018
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The objective of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and antitumor activity of oleclumab (MEDI9447) in combination with or without durvalumab plus chemotherapy in participants with metastatic pancreatic cancer.

NCT ID: NCT03611478 Completed - Cognitive Function Clinical Trials

Examining the Effects of One-Month Probiotic Treatment on Mental Fatigue

Start date: August 30, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The aim of this study is to demonstrate the effects of 28-days supplementation with a novel probiotic formulation on mental fatigue following a cognitive load in healthy adults. Half of the participants will receive the probiotic formulation while the other half will receive placebo.

NCT ID: NCT03610724 Completed - Clinical trials for Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

Phase II Open Label Trial to Determine Safety & Efficacy of Tisagenlecleucel in Pediatric Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Patients

BIANCA
Start date: February 15, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the study was to assess the efficacy and safety of tisagenlecleucel in pediatric, adolescent and young adult patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (r/r B-NHL) including Burkitt Lymphoma and Burkitt Leukemia. For pediatric patients who have r/r B-NHL including Burkitt Lymphoma and Burkitt Leukemia, survival rates are dismal, only ~20-50% subjects are alive at 2 years with overall response rate (ORR) of 20-30% after conventional salvage chemotherapy.

NCT ID: NCT03610061 Completed - Follicular Lymphoma Clinical Trials

A Trial of Radiotherapy and Durvalumab in DLBCL and FL

RaDD
