NCT ID: NCT02109029 Completed - Clinical trials for Diabetes Mellitus, Type 1

A Study of LY2605541 (Insulin Peglispro) and Human Insulin Concentrations in Fat Tissue

Start date: April 2014
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

LY2605541 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of diabetes mellitus. This study is designed to understand how the body handles the investigational drug, and to measure the quantity of LY2605541 in fat tissue. The study has two parts. It involves intravenous (IV) infusion of the investigational drug and a procedure to measure concentrations in the fat tissue. Both parts of the study will be conducted in participants with type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM). Part A and B of the study might take up to 7 weeks to complete.

NCT ID: NCT02108262 Completed - Clinical trials for Acute Myocardial Infarction

A Phase 2b Study of CSL112 in Subjects With Acute Myocardial Infarction.

Start date: August 2014
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicenter randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, dose-ranging phase 2b study to investigate the hepatic and renal safety and tolerability of multiple dose administration of two dose levels of CSL112 compared with placebo in subjects with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).

NCT ID: NCT02106832 Completed - Bronchiectasis Clinical Trials

Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the addition of veliparib plus carboplatin and paclitaxel versus the addition of placebo plus carboplatin and paclitaxel in adults with advanced or metastatic squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

NCT ID: NCT02105480 Completed - Clinical trials for Mitral Valve Prolapse

Automated Algorithm Based Analysis of Phonocardiograms of Newborns

Start date: November 2013
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The purpose of this double-blind pivotal clinical utility study is to determine on a large patient population whether heart murmurs can be reliably detected with high sensitivity and specificity using a locked, automated algorithm-based phonocardiogram analysis (also referred to as computer aided auscultation (CAA)). Each patient is auscultated and diagnosed independently by a medical specialist. Additionally, for each patient, an echocardiogram is performed as the gold-standard for determining heart pathologies. The CAA results are compared to the findings of the medical professionals as well as to the echocardiogram findings. Hypothesis: The specific (locked) CAA algorithms used in this study are able to automatically diagnose pathological heart murmurs in premature babies and newborns with at least the same accuracy as experienced medical specialists.

NCT ID: NCT02105103 Completed - Clinical trials for Type 2 Diabetes, Type 1 Diabetes

European, Open-label, Prospective, Multinational, Multicenter Study in Adult Subjects With Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes Previously on MDI or CSII Therapy. Subjects Home Setting is Considered Routine Practice.

Start date: October 2013
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Accu-Chek® Insight Insulin Pump EU Study is a Multicenter Study to evaluate the Accu-Chek® Insight Insulin Pump in routine practice. This is an open-label, prospective, multinational, multicenter study evaluating the CSII therapy with the Accu-Chek Insight Insulin pump in routine practice in adult subjects with Type 1 or type 2 diabetes.
