Celecoxib, Recombinant Interferon Alfa-2b, and Rintatolimod in Treating Patients With Colorectal Cancer Metastatic to the Liver

This early phase IIA trial studies how well celecoxib, recombinant interferon alfa-2b, and rintatolimod work in treating patients with colorectal cancer that as spread to the liver. Celecoxib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Recombinant interferon alfa-2b is a substance that can improve the body's natural response and may interfere with the growth of tumor cells. Rintatolimod may stimulate the immune system. Giving celecoxib, recombinant interferon alfa-2b, and rintatolimod may work better at treating colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver.

Efficacy and Safety Study of Benralizumab for Patients With Severe Nasal Polyposis

The aim of this present study is to investigate the use of benralizumab as treatment for severe nasal polyposis. The effect of benralizumab on nasal polyps will be assessed over a 56 weeks of treatment period in patients with severe bilateral nasal polyposis who are still symptomatic despite standard of care therapy, i.e current use of intranasal corticosteroids (INCS) and prior surgery and/or use of systemic corticosteroids. The first 200 patients that complete the 56-week treatment will have a 6 month follow-up (FU) period without dosing.

Pembrolizumab, Capecitabine, and Bevacizumab in Treating Patients With Microsatellite Stable Colorectal Cancer That Is Locally Advanced, Metastatic, or Cannot Be Removed by Surgery

This phase II trial studies the side effects and best dose of capecitabine when given together with pembrolizumab and bevacizumab, and investigates how well they work in treating patients with microsatellite stable colorectal cancer that has spread to nearby tissues or lymph nodes, has spread to other places in the body, or that cannot be removed by surgery. Monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab and bevacizumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as capecitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving capecitabine together with pembrolizumab and bevacizumab may work better in treating patients with colorectal cancer.

PolyPEPI1018 Vaccine and CDx for the Treatment of Metastatic Colorectal Cancer (OBERTO)

Phase I/II clinical trial investigates the safety, tolerability, immunogenicity and preliminary efficacy of multiple doses of PolyPEPI1018 CRC vaccine as an add-on treatment to the standard-of-care maintenance therapy in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer. Clinical responses will be evaluated by indiction of T cell responses, T lymphocyte infiltration in accessible biopsy sites, and by objective tumor responses. This study will also explore the accuracy of the predicted T cell responses in each patient using the candidate companion diagnostic test and the correlations between clinical responses and predicted T cell responses.
