NCT ID: NCT03929666 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for HER2-expressing Gastrointestinal Cancers, Including Gastroesophageal Adenocarcinoma, Biliary Tract Cancer, and Colorectal Cancer

A Safety and Efficacy Study of ZW25 (Zanidatamab) Plus Combination Chemotherapy in HER2-expressing Gastrointestinal Cancers, Including Gastroesophageal Adenocarcinoma, Biliary Tract Cancer, and Colorectal Cancer

Start date: August 29, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicenter, global, Phase 2, open-label, 2-part, first-line study to investigate the safety, tolerability, and anti-tumor activity of ZW25 (zanidatamab) plus standard first-line combination chemotherapy regimens for selected gastrointestinal (GI) cancers. Eligible patients include those with unresectable, locally advanced, recurrent or metastatic HER2-expressing gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma (GEA), biliary tract cancer (BTC), or colorectal cancer (CRC).

NCT ID: NCT03908788 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

Detection of the Emergence of RAS (Rat Sarcoma Viral Oncogene Homolog) Mutations in Circulating DNA (Deoxyribonucleic Acid) in Patients With mCRC (Metastatic Colorectal Cancer) During Treatment With Anti-EGFR (Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor) Therapy

EmutRAS
Start date: July 26, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The analysis of circulating DNA (Deoxyribonucleic acid) to identify potential resistance mechanisms during anti-EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) treatment is of great interest, as evidenced by the recent journal published by Corcoran in the prestigious New England Journal of Medicine. EmutRAS is one of the first studies that will specifically and prospectively evaluate the RAS mutational switch and its impact on the efficiency of the 1st line processing.

NCT ID: NCT03891953 Active, not recruiting - Melanoma Clinical Trials

Study of Safety and Efficacy of DKY709 Alone or in Combination With PDR001 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors.

Start date: May 7, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase I/Ib, open label study. The escalation portion will characterize the safety and tolerability of DKY709 and DKY709 in combination with PDR001 in subjects with NSCLC or melanoma who have received prior anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapy, or subjects with NPC. After the determination of the MTD/RD for a particular treatment arm, dose expansion will further assess safety, tolerability, PK/PD, and anti-tumor activity of each regimen at the MTD/RD.

NCT ID: NCT03885817 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Neoplasms, Colorectal

Physically Active During Cancer Treatment (FAKT)

FAKT
Start date: March 27, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This randomized controlled trial aims to investigate whether an individually tailored exercise program and nutritional guide can affect the development of self-reported peripheral sensory neuropathy and fatigue in patients with colorectal cancer receiving adjuvant chemotherapy.

NCT ID: NCT03872908 Active, not recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Satisfaction & Efficacy of Compression Using Surgical Gloves in Chemo-induced Peripheral Neuropathies

ELEGANT
Start date: September 29, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Evaluation of Satisfaction & Efficacy of Compression Using Surgical Gloves in Peripheral Neuropathies Due to Chemotherapy

NCT ID: NCT03869892 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

Phase III Study in First-line Treatment of Patients With Metastatic Colorectal Cancer Who Are Not Candidate for Intensive Therapy.

SOLSTICE
Start date: March 21, 2019
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The main purpose of this study is to demonstrate the superiority of S 95005 in combination with bevacizumab over capecitabine in combination with bevacizumab.

NCT ID: NCT03844620 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Stage IV Colorectal Cancer AJCC v8

Circulating Cell-Free Tumor DNA Testing in Guiding Treatment for Patients With Advanced or Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

Start date: January 29, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies circulating cell-free tumor DNA testing to guide treatment with regorafenib or TAS-102 in patients with colorectal cancer that has spread to other areas of the body. Studying samples of blood from patients with colorectal cancer may help doctors understand how well patients respond to treatment. Regorafenib and TAS-102 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. It is not yet known how well ctDNA testing works in guiding treatment with regorafenib and TAS-102 for patients with advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer.

NCT ID: NCT03833700 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Colorectal Neoplasms

A Study of E7386 in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumor Including Colorectal Cancer (CRC)

Start date: March 5, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of E7386 in participants with solid tumor including CRC.

NCT ID: NCT03831698 Active, not recruiting - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

Omega 3 Fatty Acids in Colorectal Cancer (CRC) Prevention in Patients With Lynch Syndrome (COLYNE)

Start date: February 6, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a pilot study aimed at assessing the effects of moderate dose omega-3-acid ethyl esters capsules (generic Lovaza) on molecular, and intestinal microbiota changes in participants at high risk for colorectal cancer. The study will be a single arm, open label study.
