Filter by:This study will investigate the relationship between the endocrine therapy and the survival of patients with hormone receptor positive intraductal carcinoma of the breast, and the optimal duration of medication. This study will also analyze the risk factors of recurrence and metastasis of hormone receptor positive intraductal carcinoma of the breast and establish a prognosis model to further clarify the specific reasons for recurrence and metastasis, adverse reactions, and drug withdrawal in patients with hormone receptor positive intraductal carcinoma of the breast after endocrine therapy.
This is a randomized, double-blind multicenter Phase III study for evaluating the efficacy of neoadjuvant Navelbine plus trastuzumab and Pertuzumab versus Docetaxel plus trastuzumab and Pertuzumab given as neoadjuvant treatment in HER2 positive early-stage or locally advanced breast cancer.
This trial will look at a drug called SGN-STNV to find out whether it is safe for patients with solid tumors. It will study SGN-STNV to find out what its side effects are. A side effect is anything the drug does besides treating cancer. It will also study how well SGN-STNV works to treat solid tumors. The study will have two parts. Part A of the study will find out how much SGN-STNV should be given to patients. Part B will use the dose found in Part A to find out how safe SGN-STNV is and if it works to treat certain types of solid tumors.
It has been hypothesized that damaged arm lymphatic drainage is associated with the arm lymphedema after axillary lymph node dissection (ALND). However, the majority of breast cancer patients with complete ALND has not suffered from arm lymphedema, which appears to be due to the residual arm lymph nodes that has not been removed in the axillary dissection. With the compensation of the residual arm lymph flow above the level of axillary vein, the arm lymphatic drainage could keep balance and remain normal function. This arm lymphedema prediction model that included the protective factor, the proportion of arm lymph flow above the level of axillary vein, allows intraoperative intervention to be performed for the high-risk group. The arm lymphatics of these distinguished patients would be preserved to eliminate the occurrence of arm lymphedema in this study.
Previous studies have shown that TNBC is sensitive to DNA crosslinking-related chemotherapeutic drugs such as platinum. However, there is a lack of large sample prospective clinical data to compare the efficacy of TP and EC-T / TEC regimen in the neoadjuvant chemotherapy of TNBC. Besides, the application of anthracycline drugs is limited to a certain extent due to the cardiotoxicity. Based on the above evidence, the researchers hope to explore a more effective and safer new adjuvant therapy for TNBC.
Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is biologically aggressive and has limited systemic treatment options, often compounded by treatment resistance. Cell state transitions, e.g. epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) govern cancer cell behaviour. The investigators hypothesize that by inducing change in cell state change, TNBC cells that have manifested taxane-resistance will be more sensitized to subsequent chemotherapy.
This trial studies long term follow-up care in patients with stage 0-IIIC breast cancer. Collecting feedback from breast cancer patients may help researchers to define comprehensive long term follow-up care for breast cancer survivors, better understand health-related quality of life and long-term complications in breast cancer survivors, and to increase the knowledge of the mechanisms by which a patient's own immune system attempts to combat breast cancer, and what factors may make this response more successful.
In view of the lack of systematic curative effect prediction and early evaluation indicators for breast cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy, the effective fusion of CEUS(contrast-enhanced ultrasound) and MRI is realized, and a multi-modal standardized evaluation system of NAT based on the dynamics across time and full cycle is constructed, in order to find the predictive effect and early evaluation of NAT. Phase 1, first-in-human, open label study of CAR macrophages in HER2 overexpressing solid tumors.
This is a multi-center biomarkers study aiming to prospectively collect biological samples from patients with ER+ and HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer, who are candidate to first-line treatment with an aromatase inhibitor and a CDK4/6 inhibitor as per standard clinical practice. Blood and tissue samples will be collected for biomarker analysis, including thymidine kinase1 activity, gene expression signatures and circulating tumor DNA.
