NCT ID: NCT04905667 Completed - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Single Dose Pharmacokinetic Study of GB221 in Comparison With Herceptin ®

Start date: November 13, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a single center, randomized, blind, parallel controlled clinical trial. The primary objective is to evaluate the single dose pharmacokinetics of recombinant Humanized anti-HER-2 monoclonal antibody injection GB221 in comparison with Herceptin ® in Chinese healthy adult volunteers. The main aim is to study the pharmacokinetic similarity between GB221 and Herceptin ®.

NCT ID: NCT04905329 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

A Multicenter Prospective Post-registration Study of Empegfilgrastim to Evaluate Safety and Efficacy in Special Cancer Populations

Def_Special
Start date: April 28, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study was designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Extimia® (INN - empegfilgrastim) in reducing the frequency, duration of neutropenia, the incidence of febrile neutropenia and infections caused by febrile neutropenia in patients with High and "Gray Zone" Risk Reccurrence Breast Cancer, Gastointestinal Cancers and Gynecological Malignancies

NCT ID: NCT04905082 Active, not recruiting - Breast Carcinoma Clinical Trials

HOPE-Genomics Intervention for the Improvement of Cancer Patient Knowledge of Genomics

Start date: December 30, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This clinical trial studies the effectiveness of a web-based cancer education tool called Helping Oncology Patients Explore Genomics (HOPE-Genomics) in improving patient knowledge of personal genomic testing results and cancer and genomics in general. HOPE-Genomics is a web-based education tool that teaches cancer/leukemia patients, and patients who may be at high-risk for developing cancer, about genomic testing and provide patients with information about their own genomic test results. The HOPE-Genomics tool may improve patient's genomic knowledge and quality of patient-centered care. In addition, it may also improve education and care quality for future patients.

NCT ID: NCT04904653 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

The Effectiveness of Hemopatch® in the Reduction of Post-surgical Serous Drainage

Start date: November 8, 2021
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

Hemopatch is an alternative to reduce morbidity associated with axillary lymphadenectomy surgery, possibly contributing to improved patient management, clinical outcomes, and hospital costs. We propose a multicenter, controlled, and randomized trial to study the efficacy of Hemopatch in reducing serous wound drainage.

NCT ID: NCT04903990 Active, not recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Circulating Fetal Cells and Breast Cancer

MoSaiC2
Start date: May 14, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

After pregnancy, fetal cells remain in a woman's body for years. These cells may be involved in different physiological situations (e.g. wound healing) and diseases (e.g. cancer). The study will evaluate the level of circulating fetal immune cells in patients with breast cancer vs controls with benign breast tumors, and further characterize these fetal cells. Patients participation will be limited to accepting that an additional blood sample is collected on the day of their preop consultation and blood test.

NCT ID: NCT04903652 Completed - Clinical trials for HER2-positive Advanced Breast Cancer

Pyrotinib Maleate Combined With Vinorelbine in the Treatment of HER2-positive Advanced Breast Cancer

Start date: January 1, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is a single-center, single-arm, prospective phase II clinical study, which mainly evaluates the efficacy and safety of pyrotinib maleate combined with oral vinorelbine in the treatment of HER2-positive advanced breast cancer.

NCT ID: NCT04903249 Completed - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

A Single Arm Pilot Study to Refine a Novel Approach to Exercise Promotion Based on Affect-regulation

Start date: August 10, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to refine the use of an affect-regulated exercise prescription for use with survivors of breast cancer.

NCT ID: NCT04902937 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Tumor Cell, Circulating

Association of Adjuvant Radiotherapy of Non-metastatic Breast Carcinoma With Immunomodulation and Circulating Tumor Cell Phenotype in Relation to Patient Age.

CETC
Start date: July 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

In a prospective study, the influence of adjuvant radiotherapy in patients with non-metastatic breast carcinoma on the epithelial tumor cells (CETCs) circulating in the blood and their immunohistochemical characteristics depending on age will be investigated. In addition to a histopathological assignment of the CETCs as cells of the primary tumor, major trigger points of the immune system will be exploratively analyzed. For this purpose, blood samples are taken from the patients at different time points after tumor resection and during adjuvant radiotherapy. In addition to the detection, isolation and genetic characterization of the CETCs, the determination of immunological biomarkers by immunophenotyping, among other methods, is planned. Furthermore, analyses of tissue from the primary tumor with respect to immunohistochemical features as well as tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) are planned. The results will be classified and correlated especially with regard to patient age. As there are insufficient data available for breast carcinoma regarding radiotherapeutic effects on the immune system depending on patient age, it is of great interest to better understand these molecular biological basics in order to identify potential prognostic biomarkers.

NCT ID: NCT04902144 Completed - Breast Carcinoma Clinical Trials

Clinical Outcomes for Offering Genetic Testing in a Tiered Approach

Start date: August 3, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This clinical quality improvement study reviews and develops a clinical operations workflow to identify cancer patients who meet criteria for genetic counseling and testing.
